Automat Studio handles our branding and most digital design needs as an extension of our company. Milan can take vague or complex problems and turn them into clear, practical designs – from visual identity and pitch decks to campaign graphics, websites, and other assets we rely on.

Their work has helped us present our projects and partners in a professional and recognizable way. We consistently receive positive feedback on how our materials look, and many designs are reused across campaigns and events because they work so well. Files are well prepared, and the final materials always look professional.

Communication is simple and efficient. We share the idea, context, and deadlines, and they come back with clear proposals that usually need only small refinements. We’re most impressed by their ability to move between very different contexts – corporate, municipal, cultural, hospitality – while keeping each project visually coherent and appropriate for its audience. They care about details, from typography to print specs, and at the same time bring strong creative ideas that make the work stand out. We also value that we always work directly with Milan as the principal designer, rather than being passed to juniors, so the quality and accountability are always consistent.

If you need a long-term partner who can handle both creative direction and production-ready design across print and digital, Automat Studio is a very good choice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Automat could have done differently?

The only thing we sometimes wish for is even more of their time, because we tend to send many different requests at once. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the collaboration.
