I love Aurora Creation's transparency where all time spent on the project is clearly described and logged in. Furthermore, the idea of sprints and work process explained in detail was very convincing and looked as they described it.

In workshops, we have discussed all obstacles that can appear during the implementation of our design. The knowledge of the Magento was clearly visible. They know about small things that other vendors miss or are even unconscious of.

The main point of contact was the Project Manager, who also has a very good knowledge of technology and solutions used in Magento. That saved a lot of time and frustration. Each Front-end and Back-end task included a dedicated person, 4 people to sum up. We were smoothly finishing one task after another.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
From the functional side, I was aware of how it can work, so the goal was to make a 1:1 implementation, so the final shop will look as good as on the project. Fortunately, they did a great job and I was delighted with the final results with close to none of the amendments.

We kept project management on TeamWork which I enjoyed. It is intuitive to work on so I was not forced to ask where I can find something. PM was in constant contact with me on TeamWork or on the phone when there was a need to discuss something urgently.

Transparency and that they keep what they promised. I have had enough of vendors, which promised all pie in the sky. I was looking for concise and to-the-point answers to my questions. That is what I got in Aurora.

A lot of extra functionalities and fixes for old problems that were created over time. Also clear recommendations and good communication. When something doesn't work properly or might contain a bug, the support is very quick and adequate.

We searched the web and contacted them asking for an estimate of time and costs of tasks to be undertaken. Triumphed over another vendor with ease of communication and auto-presentation.

We started with an audit. After agreeing to the terms we presented a diagram presenting our vision of how different elements should connect in the database. Now, we're in phase of testing and migrating the old database. Last, but not least throughout the whole project we keep in touch via brief video calls.
