What challenge were you trying to address with Megethos?

We worked with a different PPC management agency before Megethos, but we weren’t happy. After working with them for one year, they weren’t making changes anymore. They were just making adjustments to our campaigns, so we fired them.

We also tried to manage the PPC on our own, but we ultimately decided to hire someone else. Overall, we wanted to focus on Google and Microsoft ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially hired Megethos to optimize our PPC and Google Ads, increase conversions, and improve our campaigns. They came up with high-quality images for our performance marketing campaigns. Then, they worked on improving the click-through rate, increasing revenue, and decreasing the cost-per-click.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

For the past three months, we had the best three months of company revenue. Also, the assist sales rate increased by 22%; we made 374 more assisted sales while Megethos managed our campaigns. Overall, they increased our ROAS and did a lot of good things.

How did Megethos perform from a project management standpoint?

Megethos sent thorough performance reports, and every report included what they did the past week and what they’d do the next one. We were constantly updated.

We communicated through weekly and monthly meetings. They also had an in-house dashboard to see all the performance data.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Dillon (Senior Paid Media Strategist) was our account manager; he was a great guy. Aside from him, David (Project Manager) was outstanding.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were really happy with everything. They were experienced; the team knew what they were doing. They even had a podcast or YouTube channel.

Overall, Megethos was knowledgeable and focused 100% on PPC, which made them stand out.

The SEM generated 28K impressions and 242 conversions tracked as highly engaged website visitors who filled out forms or expressed interest in the church. On Facebook and Instagram they captured 150K impressions and 290 conversions directed toward Mother's Day and Easter.

Biweekly meetings created a great environment for exchange of ideas and feedback. Teamwork was excellent.
