Greenly Wellness is a CBD brand with an Instagram/online store. I'm the Marketing Director.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for this project included building a very appealing and natural website that looked professional yet was optimized for a quick 3-click purchase. Getting a list of influencers and community channels that appealed to our target market.

How did you select this vendor?

We were looking for a low-cost firm with good project management skills. We had heard about them through industry word-of-mouth.

They began with optimizing the website and building creatives for the product. They also presented a list of influencers and negotiated paid promotional rates. Engaged deals between our company and multiple influencers, which are still ongoing. They analyzed the web data and made adjustments based on what they reviewed.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with the project manager, graphic designer, and business analysts. We had a direct contact at Astromic for any questions we had, which were addressed quickly.

Increase in customer retention, social media followers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had direct contact with the Astromic team, which was effective and made sure any changes or questions were answered quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They did an excellent job analyzing the business and understanding our customer. They provided us insights into things we'd overlooked.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We don't think there are any areas for improvement. Astromic keeps our website updated and will help ongoing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Astromic?

We started our business with the idea of a B2B product, we have been extremely profitably in that industry. Upon hiring Astromic we opened up a new revenue stream that we did not have prior, Astromic had created and built up an online presence as well as an easy to navigate and very optimized website. Following completion of the website, they have ran Facebook and Instagram Campaigns which have results in a large influx of new customers.

How did you select this vendor?

We went through multiple agency and upon going through selection process we came to conclusion that Astromic best understood our requirements and based on their work history we were confident in what they can do.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Upon signing up with Astromic, they begin to build the e-commerce store on shopify. They brought in a content creation team to take photos of our products and edited them. They also analyzed our product list and choose which would be best for our online store. They created and build different content pieces that would go onto our social media pages. They created promotional sales and put certain high selling items on it.

Once completed all web development and social presence, they started to create different adverts for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. These campaigns were then optimized throughout 15 day period, which results in a high influx of traffic and many new customers were acquired.

What was the team composition?

There was a direct contact we had for any questions or concerns which were addressed right away if any. They had a few team members come into our location for the content creation. We have always had the same contact at astromic.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Astromic has brought in new streams of revenue that we did not have prior to partnering up with them. They analyzed our products and our data and presented what they thought would be the best products to place on the website. They have created a following on our social media pages.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

i would say the project was managed very well, they gave us deadlines on when things would be completed and they were all met if not completed prior. They provided all the content in a google drive which is accessible for us at any time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about this company is their attention to detail. They are very comprehensive on their initial discovery and planning in the first meeting. They brought things to our attention that we had overseen.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Right now I don't have any areas I would say there would be improvement. Astromic got it everything on the ball.
