AndZen’s scope of work covered the full lifecycle marketing framework for Motor Culture Australia. They first created detailed brand guidelines in Figma to ensure all future email and SMS communications aligned with our visual identity. From there, they developed a data capture and nurture strategy designed to improve lead conversion and engagement, including A/B testing of forms to balance zero-party data collection with conversion rates. They also built out a campaign segmentation strategy that organised our audience into structured groups based on purchase behaviour, VIP tiers, engagement, and churn status.

Key deliverables included:

Brand-aligned email guideline templates.

Data capture forms (multi-field and simplified variants).

Nurture series strategy with email and SMS flows.

Advanced segmentation for VIPs, one-time buyers, and non-purchasers.

Copy and creative development for email/SMS campaigns.

This gave us a strong foundation to scale personalised lifecycle marketing and improve conversion efficiency.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered immediate measurable improvements in our lifecycle marketing. We now have a complete set of brand-aligned email templates, a functional data capture framework with A/B testing built in, and advanced segmentation that allows us to personalise communications by behaviour, purchase history, and engagement. While still early in implementation, these foundations have already streamlined our workflows, improved deliverability, and positioned us to lift conversion rates and retention through more targeted and engaging email and SMS campaigns.

AndZen’s project management was excellent. They provided regular updates at each stage, clearly outlined next steps, and consistently delivered items on time.
