Agency Partners Interactive started by letting me pick my preferred design, fonts, and colors for the website. They also compiled all the information that they would need for the development.  

After they had collected sufficient details to build off of, the team went into developing and designing our website while I gathered images and supplementary content for them to use. Once the site was up and running, they also took care of all the data entry for our products. 

Since then, Agency Partners Interactive has been keeping our website up to date.

The project started around May–June 2020 and took six months to a year to complete, which was longer than we expected.

We’ve noticed an increase in our website traffic. The online forums that they implemented on our website have helped us generate leads online.

Their managers were always quick to respond. They definitely don’t lack in communication, but the way they handle issues could use a little bit of work. 

Everything was done in a timely manner, but I’m still just like any customer who wishes for things to be done faster.

It was nice to work with Agency Partner Interactive because they had a team of diverse cultures. It made them stand out from other agencies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were initially told that we would have an American customer service representative on board, but we never got to work with anyone of the sort. It would really help for them to actually have someone like that.

Be prepared and be as organized as possible in presenting what you want to Agency Partners Interactive. Don’t be afraid of the cultural barriers.

I am the Co-Founder and CMO of a Transportation and Logistics Company. We are a contractor to FEDEEX Ground, an excellent customer with high standards and requirements.

I originally hired API to create, design and develop our first company website. We have needed a presence for quite some time but I wanted to make sure we did it right and to the professional brand standard that I expected and was accustomed to. API did such an incredible job thinking holistically that I have since hired them to do several other projects.

The impressive site engagement and response time by the BD lead were incredible. The service and follow through was impressive and I never felt like I was being "sold to". She was patient and even when I reengaged months later to make a decision the partnership was exceptional - she was the "First Moment of Truth" for the API brand and did an excellent job.

I provided a creative brief to the team and spent time in discovery and the API team truly and quickly embraced the Brand essence and the multiple goals we were trying to achieve with our site. When I was short resources they readily had the talent or referral to ensure we would continue to meet our goals of launch. They walked me through every step of the development process and ensure I was involved all along the way.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have been in the Marketing field for over 2 decades and this was by far the most professional and successful site outcome. In fact, just a couple of weeks ago we were meeting with a potential new partner for the first time and she is a very seasoned professional. Before meeting, she had gone to our website and when we were introduced on the zoom call she immediately commented on our site and how it captured the essence of who we are and what we stand for - it was incredible. In addition, I am now able to use this site as our hub platform for all things digital and its working very well

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. The follow the sun strategy worked perfectly and seamlessly for our business. I actually felt as if we were more productive in producing positive timely results. I don't know how Shahbaz and team managed to keep up but they were great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The leadership (Shahbaz and Hibba) and business capabilities exceeded my expectations, and it was as if we had been working alongside one another for years. The anticipatory nature and solution orientation was incredibly refreshing. They were willing to really partner as we would discuss how things should work and they educated me along the way.

They included special features and functionalities that we requested. The team took content that we had on the previous website and updated it as needed. Additionally, they helped with the branding and logo.

We worked with one project manager and two other people. Now that we’re in the deployment phase, we have one new contact.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our broader team of consultants finds the site nice to look at and easy to navigate. It took quite a bit longer than anticipated. We also had some issues with typos. It would be great if their team could proofread the site for typos before sending the product to the client.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They did a good job. We mostly communicated via email but we also had some Google Meet and Zoom meetings. Whenever the API team had a demo they wanted to show us, they’d schedule a meeting.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have great reviews, and they’re very affordable. Their professionalism was apparent from day one. It was nice to see their portfolio of past work and included features.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were some details that could’ve gone a lot smoother. They were communicating, but there were times where we didn’t hear from the team at all. The team could be more thorough and detail-oriented.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be prepared. You’ll be pleased with the outcome. Understand that you might have to communicate issues over and over again before the team starts addressing them.

Using my provided content and logo, Agency Partner Interactive LLC designed and developed a website for my consultancy. It was a simple project that involved organizing the information on our site. There’s a video playing function that pops up and a contact section where users can get in touch with me through email.

One of the great things that they did was walk me through how to update my content whenever I wanted to change something. They provided the training, allowing me to record the session so that I could refer to it again on my own.

There were many responsive people on their team. Caroline (Account Executive) was my main project manager, and others were my contacts during the design and development phases.

The website looks beautiful thanks to its great design and professional finish. It definitely delivers my company’s message. 

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Whenever I asked questions, they were very responsive. They adapted to any channel that I was most comfortable with, be it email or Zoom. I could give them feedback over email or comment directly on their designs through InVision. They would then make those changes accordingly. We would also have follow-up calls and emails whenever we progressed from one step to the next. These would let me know where we were and what to expect.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was the whole process. Because this was my first time developing a site, I wasn’t familiar with how the project would work. Caroline explained the basis to me, talking through the content, design, development, and go-live phases. It was educational for me.

The fact that they trained me on how to update my own content was also great. The team really went the extra mile to make sure that I had the tools to keep moving forward, even though they didn’t need to. I’m not a very technical person, but they were still patient in explaining everything to me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re really good about structuring the project, but I wish they would’ve included time estimates. It would be helpful for the client to receive projected dates at each step.

We had worked with Agency Partner Interactive previously on the design of another website of ours, which is why we went with their services again for this website. I stepped into my role earlier this year and was referred by a colleague to work with the API team on this website.

The scope of work included: starting from scratch on a WordPress website; designing the overall web template and implementing it into the staging site; making design and copy changes to each page of the website and the navigation (ex: adding a contact box on our "Locations" page when requested); launching the website to go live by ensuring access and certificates were good.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The design and functionality turned out great. We have already gotten so many great compliments on our website. The timeline took a little longer than expected, but not on API's side - we had a few major events we had to put a focus on, so we got material to the API team as we were able to.

They took our direction and ideas well, and even helped resolve an issue with the event calendar efficiently. Overall, we are very happy with the results.

We primarily communicated with them via email. There was not a set timeline for this project, so when we needed something from them, we would reach out via email and vice versa. This worked well for our team.

Taking direction on the design elements in general was very impressive. Even if we just presented them with an idea, they would make it happen. Additionally, they were very good with following up on items to make sure things were coming to completion.

Because it was a really small project and we knew from the beginning what needed to be done, it was done really well. If it had been a bigger project, I would’ve like to have seen the progress and what to expect in the following weeks, but that wasn’t necessary for us. Additionally, the success manager was nice.
