Our old website was slow, and was not mobile friendly. The new one is clean, fast and had started ranking extremely well for our industry keywords in the initial months itself.

We love that it has a Video AI Chatbot, and is extremely functional.

More importantly, we feel that as AfterFirst is a Pharma / Chemicals focused Digital Marketing agency, they have been able to understand the digital marketing part well, and their expertise reflects in high rankings across the board.

Everyone from the team members to the CEO were highly responsive to our requests on email and phone.

We were about to complete 15 years of our company. We met AfterFirst at CPHI Milan, where they gave us a complimentary website audit.   We found their audit comprehensive and agreed with their findings. We had initially contacted them to fix the issues they uncovered.   They gave us both options (fix issues or redevelop site from scratch). As they had a competitive quote, we decided to get our entire website revamped from them.   Our goals were to have an elegant and modern website, which fit our company image, and to utilize digital marketing to get more leads.

Our old website was slow and had lots of “page not found” errors. The new site is fast loading, significantly larger, and now has an “Upload able Product” area, where we can get enquiring against individual products. We can also upload products ourselves, which makes the website much more informative, and fresh.

The new pages are quickly crawled in Google, and some of them have started ranking already.

Our primary methods of both communication and project management were emails and zoom calls. They were fast to respond, most often getting back to us on the same day, despite the time zone difference between us.

This allowed us to proceed with confidence with them.

We hired AfterFirst Media to revamp our legacy website to a modern, updated version, so it could:

• Generate leads from people searching for financial and tax consulting services
• Convey the right impression in the minds of existing and potential clients
• Be search engine optimized, so we could rank on top for relevant keywords

So, with that, the specific deliverables for AfterFirst were:

1) Increase our website pages from 40 to 72

2) As suggested by them, add features like AI Chatbot, Dark Mode, Timeline etc

3) Onpage SEO fixes for all key pages

4) Responsive design with fast loading speeds

5) Offpage SEO to drive ranks and traffic

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are extremely pleased with the outcomes of the project. Specific KPIs which help us measure success are:

1) Our online traffic (clicks and impressions) increased 275%

2) Our new website started ranking for 35-40 keywords, with about 12 keywords in top 10. These are instrumental in attracting new visitors and leads

3) The UI & UX of the new website continues to draw praise from both internal and external stakeholders, and help position our company appropriately in front of current and potential clients

We finalized the project over a series of meetings on zoom, along with email and whatsapp communication.
We had been assigned a Project Manager (Chintan) and a Developer (Vansh), along with the founder being available on the initial zoom calls.
The project ended up finishing reasonably on time, and AfterFirst went out of the way to help us with some deliverables which were due from our end (image selections). They also made sure that the SEO part was baked in, right from the initial stages.
All requests, be it via phone, whatsapp or emails were dealt with straight away, and we cannot remember when any communication was delayed from their end.
We also got a chance to meet the team in person, and we found them extremely courteous and responsive to our feedback and requests

The founder at AfterFirst media stressed that they are all about exceptional quality, and we certainly found this true, after all our interactions with him and the team.
They helped us envision a truly state of the art digital presence, via our website, and delivered on it, to our satisfaction. Specific things that impressed us about AfterFirst were:
a) Being highly responsive and amenable to our feedback, and changing requests.

b) Going out of the way to ensure the project stays on track; often working beyond the agreed, initial scope.
c) Giving us suggestions to maximize our website and SEO, even if it meant more work for them.
d) Launching our website, at short notice, due to a sudden need at our end.
We found them like a responsive business partner, instead of a IT company tasked with Web Development and Digital Marketing. This was extremely gratifying for us.

In general, we are quite pleased with our experience with AfterFirst Media. In hindsight, the only thing which could have added value would have been offering content writing services. We understand the value of writing content ourselves (as business owners), but some help on this part would also be welcome.

We were not getting enough traction on the website so we wanted AfterFirst Media to analyse our website SEO and give us guidance on how to get more visitors on our website.

We got their reference from a few other companies they had did work with earlier. The reviews were very good and so we thought of hiring them.

They worked with us primarily in 4 areas:

1. Onpage fixes : They studied our site using various tools (which they shared on zoom calls, and also provided us with some 15 CSV files for our review). Specifically, they analyzed our Title Tags, H1s and H2s, pages with low word counts, broken links etc. They also shared pages which needed fixes for meta descriptions, as well as url paths
2. External links : They studied some competing sites, and gave us great ideas to attract links with appropriate anchor texts
3. Website fixes : They studied our wordpress site in detail, and helped us implement SEO Plugins like Rankmath, as well as website translation plugins
4. UX : They gave very detailed fixes on certain pages,  where users were dropping off, due to UX related issues

There was one project manager and 2 SEO experts who helped us. The CEO was also always available on call for any clarification.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our site is no longer triggering errors on audit tools after implementing their suggestions. We previously had generic Title Tags, missing meta descriptions and H1s, and after rewriting all these, we are seeing a decent traffic jump. We also fixed all the broken links as highlighted by them.

We now have 223 pages ranking in google compared to some 90 pages previously.

We have also implemented SEO Plugin and Graceful Translate tool on our WordPress website, which has boosted user engagement.

They helped us validate Google Search Console, and we worked on various errors as highlighted, which is improving our compliance with Google. They also fixed various 301 and 404 errors, and as a result, we no longer trigger these warnings in Search Console.

They were very professional and the project was completed without any hiccups.

Communication was primarily through fortnightly zoom calls, as well as email. Our interaction was a mix of scheduled calls, emails as well as whatsapp, as needed.

We are happy with the timeliness of communication and did not have to follow up on any queries or concerns.

Nothing specific comes to mind – if anything, their feedback was extremely granular, which forced us to look into areas where we did not focus previously.

Our association with AfterFirst media was at the time when we were struggling to understand why aren’t we getting any inquiries from our current website and even with the paid registrations on industry platforms, we hardly had any legit inquiries. I have known Amit since a very long time and asked him if they could help.

AfterFirst media did a basic audit and found major misalignments with the way we were positioned and perceived. They did our website audit and found that we weren’t SEO compliant at all. We decided to revamp the whole online presence and do a fresh website and SEO. The main factor was the in-depth analysis they did for us taking into details of our industry and competitors.

5. Ensured our site aligns well with Google’s guidelines, and with fast load speeds
