 I hired Aerosoft to help me with the complete digital journey of my recreation business. The goal was to build a strong online presence from the ground up — starting with a professional website, then improving visibility through SEO, and finally using social media marketing to create awareness among both locals and tourists.

 Aerosoft has handled the complete digital setup for our project. Their work has covered every stage — from website design and development to SEO optimization and social media marketing. They’ve delivered the entire website in a CMS format, which makes it very easy for us to update content and manage the site ourselves. The website includes all the important features — tour details, photo galleries, customer reviews, a booking form, and contact options — everything our customers need to explore and book our submarine tours online. For SEO, they’ve covered all the major areas: on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO. This includes optimizing our website structure and keywords, building backlinks, improving page speed, and managing our Google Business Profile to boost visibility in search results. On the social media side, Aerosoft manages our Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube accounts. They create engaging content, handle regular posting, and help increase our brand awareness by targeting both locals and tourists interested in marine activities.

 After working with Aerosoft, we started seeing noticeable improvements in several areas of our business. Our website traffic increased significantly, and we began receiving more direct inquiries and bookings through the site. Overall, I’m fully satisfied with Aerosoft’s performance. Their digital strategy has helped us reach a wider audience, attract more tourists, and create a consistent online presence for our brand.

 Aerosoft’s project management is excellent. From the very beginning, they’ve maintained clear communication, set realistic timelines, and kept me updated on every stage of progress. They use a structured approach — starting with planning and design, then moving to development, SEO, and social media rollout — and each phase is delivered on time and as promised. In the beginning, we started our project discussions with Google Meet sessions, where we finalized the scope and strategy. Later, we continued communication through regular phone calls, and I sometimes visited their office to discuss updates and ideas in person.

 Aerosoft doesn’t just provide digital services — they’ve taken the time to learn about our submarine tour operations and how the tourism market actually works. Their ability to combine technical expertise with a clear sense of our brand’s identity has made a big difference. The team is creative, proactive, and always ready with smart suggestions that improve both the website and our marketing performance. I also find their local presence and personal communication style very unique. Being able to meet or call directly has made collaboration easier and built real trust. Overall, it feels like working with a partner who genuinely cares about our success, not just a service provider.

Are there any areas they could improve?

 Our overall experience with Aerosoft has been very positive, but if I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be post-launch follow-up and training. While their team is always available for major updates or fixes, a bit more proactive guidance after deployment — like short training sessions for our staff or analytics insights — would be helpful.

I’m the sales manager of ABM, an e-commerce company. We supply a wide range of toners, consumables, and document imaging equipment, including copiers and multifunction products. We’re also the sole distributor of Pantum in Kenya and East Africa.
