We experimented with multiple ad formats — from search campaigns to performance campaigns — and identified what truly delivers results.

The biggest highlight for us was the way the bot-traffic problem was handled. In our field — building software solutions for businesses (JavaScript/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SaaS, AI agent development, MVPs, POCs, and more) — bot activity is a significant obstacle when advertising in the EU, US, and Canada. Together, we were able to overcome it.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Identification of effective advertising tools and campaign types. By testing multiple formats — including search and performance campaigns — we learned which approaches work best for our niche.

Clear understanding of previous account issues. A detailed 30-minute audit video helped us see what was done correctly and what required improvement, providing clarity and a stronger foundation for future campaigns.

Successful resolution of bot traffic problems. Bot activity is a major challenge in our industry when targeting the EU, US, and Canada. Together, we managed to overcome this issue, significantly improving traffic quality.

Validation of value proposition hypotheses. Although we didn’t acquire a target lead, we gained insight into what potential clients are actually interested in.

Overall, these measurable learnings and improvements demonstrated progress and strengthened our advertising strategy moving forward.

The 30-minute video audit Yana prepared — clearly explaining what had been done right and wrong by the previous agency — stood out as something unique. Additionally, their ability to identify and effectively solve the bot-traffic issue, which is a major challenge in our niche and target regions, was particularly noteworthy.

Overall, we’re genuinely satisfied with the collaboration. At this stage, we don’t have any specific comments on what could have been done differently — the team was attentive, flexible, and responsive to our needs. As our advertising direction evolves, we may gain more insights for future improvements, but for now, everything met our expectations.

I’m a project manager at Cloud Slides, an e-commerce company. We design and sell soft, supportive EVA slides for everyday and a relief solution for tiered feet. We offer both individual and bulk orders with custom options for businesses in wellness, hospitality, and fitness industries worldwide.
