I engaged with Advastar to hire a web development manager. They sourced a number of candidates for me and I ended up hiring one of them. While this project was ongoing, my HR specialist quit so I decided to ask Advastar to find a replacement. They did so relatively quickly and she was hired within 6 weeks of the project start date.

We were able to hire a web development manager within 12 weeks after not finding any suitable candidates on our own after a 6 month search (we actually hired two people on our own, neither of whom worked out).
