We needed a partner to audit our existing work in the US and improve it. They came up with nice suggestions in terms of strategy that we approved and they proved to be the right ones. They mainly focused on fixing the tracking issues we had by switching MMP and other recommendations, on increasing the deliveries of new creatives which are key for User Acquisition and on testing new channels. This whole combo came with a good reporting solution using Tableau.

We use different key metrics such us Installs, Revenue, ROAS. In terms of creatives, they set a specific amount to be delivered per month which we approved. They are reporting it to me on a weekly basis in a virtual meeting.
