What we especially value in Admiral is very rigorous approach to testing new channels and clear communication on decisions and deliverables.

Increased website traffic: The campaigns drove more potential users to our website, which can be measured through website analytics. Improved conversion rates: By creating targeted ad creatives and optimizing the AEO, the campaigns resulted in a higher percentage of website visitors becoming registered users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

As we’re a bigger organisation there were initially some alignments that needed to be done. Further, we had some issues with different networks, that pushed our scope. As soon as we began on working, we had regular progress updates and check-ins that were scheduled to ensure that the project stays on track and that any issues or delays could be identified and addressed early on.

Further, both teams were flexible and willing to adapt to changes as they arise and be open to feedback and suggestions. Lastly, I’d like to mention we had a shared understanding of goals and objectives, which was very important for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Admiral Media had clearly planned out our structure for campaigns and A/B testing, which made it really easy to understand our experiments. Even though some came inconclusive, we setup new tests exploring different hypotheses. Further, the ability to always being able to reach one of their team members through Slack.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Personally, i dont see any. They were great.

Weekly check-in calls could be improved by even close alignments between the different channel holders.

Our campaigns are focused on UA, we want brand new people who download the app, go through the sign up process and make their very first ride with us. The challenge we had was not only the hyper local targeting of potential new users in a specific area but also the international scale we operate.

Admiral had  specific CAC goals for each country & channel that are aligned with each user LTV segment. They were tasked to deliver against our CAC goals while achieving a 5x scale to stay ahead of our competitors but also deliver outstanding creatives to our target audience to make clear we are able to transport our message.

We heard only positive reviews and feedback from the mobile app industry about the work of Admiral Media. Thanks to their regular updates, we knew that we were in safe hands and we shifted our focus to our operation, partnerships, and offering good value to our users.

Admiral managed to scale our budgets in a couple of months with great success. They also helped us in launching new markets in their channels.

This couldn’t have been possible without their great performance team and the creative production process that led to great new concept ideas.

We had regular catch-ups (twice a week) in which they always came prepared.

They always know the current best practices and are able to stay ahead of the curve. We also found that Admiral Media were very proactive and were always willing to walk us through their strategies.
