The project was a deep dive into our current digital media strategy, especially in regards to our social media campaigns and how they could be used to drive new traffic and revenue.

We worked with the primary people at the company and had direct access to the top strategists and decision-makers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw a dramatic increase in the number of store locator requests and online sales from their campaigns. It was a noticeable difference.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are very effective and always available when we need them. Time and distance were not a factor as we could meet online when convenient. There were no issues and the workflow was very smooth and they were easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a very unique approach and showed us techniques which we hadn't even thought of. They were able to get up to speed very quickly and show us areas of improvement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It is always good to learn more. We are in a very specialized field of fine jewelry which we sell through independent retailers, so it is a different business model than the usual client. They were able to catch on fast and we have seen excellent results, the more that they learn about us and our business. They really take the time to ensure that we see results.

Adfix was able to successfully reverse our ROAS within 1 month of implementation (!) and continues to drive increased ROAS month over month. They have been able to lend strategic support as a valued partner in planning for marketing campaigns.

Our engagement began with defining the what success means, objectives, key metrics and the milestones of the project. We also discussed what channels we should start with and what the approach is for those.

They assigned an account manager who worked within the AdFix team to get the project done for us. Furthermore we are always working with the owner of the company and with the financial/operations department. They are engaged and provide input beyond the scope of our contract. We really appreciate this.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our sales grew 4X since we have started to work together and this is just the beginning. There is plenty of space for improvement of our outcome and we have clarity on how to get there.

We have two virtual bi-weekly meetings where we discuss the progress, metrics and next steps. In between we exchange emails when needed and always telephone for advisory and decision making.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very experienced, rigorous with the methodologies used, analytical and the communication is very relaxed and easy. In the same time the professionalism is high.

They deliver more than they promise. Our digital marketing campaign budgets are in the very best hands with Adfix.

We are happy with the collaboration so far and made the best decision in selecting AdFix as our performance marketing partner.

The team adheres to our budget and deadline. We communicate via Skype.

We have been impressed by the team’s high level of intelligence and professionalism. If Adfix cannot provide a particular service, they put us in contact with a partner.

More involved participation by senior management would lead to even better results. However, the other team members are generally successful.

Bogdan and his team will provide the right solutions if clients effectively communicate their needs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Through the product-specific ad groups, we were able to tell which items were driving revenue for our company. Because of this, we’ve seen a significant increase in our ROI.  We got exactly what we needed from their team.

We primarily spoke through email, conference calls, and Google Hangout. We also had weekly check-in meetings. In addition to being communicative, they also produced deliverables on time.

Their level of professionalism made them easy to work with—they taught us a lot during the engagement. They also hit every deadline we gave them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning our relationship, we’ve seen 300% annual growth along with gains on all key performance indicators. Site traffic, conversions, and average order values (AOVs) have all increased.

They agreed to priority timelines for deliverables and established an effective workflow. They’re very responsive and their reporting is thorough and timely, and they’re also receptive to suggestions.

We've been doing business together for a while. Our partnership focuses on achieving specific ROI goals. We don't have to give them a lot of detailed direction. Since they're the experts, they tend to manage our work better independently.

I work directly with the founder, Bogdan (Chief Strategist, Adfix). He's very involved and has a team that works under him. Sometimes we receive some communication from other sources at Adfix, but the owner is our main point of contact.

We've been working together since 2016. Our engagement has been ongoing for more than 2–3 years now.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Based on Google Analytics results, we can see our monthly ad spend and how much revenue we're bringing in, respectively. Our success is very attributable to Adfix. They've absolutely hit the goals and metrics we initially set for them to achieve. Early on, they had to evolve to where they wanted to be, but it didn't take very long to make progress. Our partnership has been very effective. 

How did Adfix perform from a project management standpoint?

Our company is fairly hands-off in our work with Adfix. Either monthly or every few weeks, we have regularly scheduled calls. Our ROI goals don't change too much from month to month. During our monthly reviews, we give them a little bit more insight about products we might have coming in. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Adfix is very transparent about what they're trying to accomplish. They let us know whether or not they're meeting the goals. Everyone on the team seems to understand very clearly what we hope to achieve. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We haven't asked Adfix to do anything differently and don't expect them to, either.

We've tried working with other providers who failed, frankly. Adfix took some time to ramp up, but they've been extremely effective from very early on. They comprehend our objectives and are transparent, which is important to us. Instead of putting on a sales show every month, they show us how we're doing and accomplish our goals.

Starting from scratch marketing our clothing brand and our retail stores online shop. Focusing on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) as well as Google Ads (with youtube as well). Presenting and showing us analytics and always keeping us informed on how to improve while also working on our backend stuff that wasnt properly kept on our end to ensure ads ran smoothly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had very little online sales and presence yet high goals. We have a nice niche of product that we knew if marketed correctly we could make far more online sales. Our target for ROI/ROAS was 3.0 and AdFix always made sure to hit that target week after week and consistently going way above to 4.5+ levels. Anytime the levels started reducing we were well informed to make decisions on how we should proceed.

We paid for a weekly check in service so we were well informed on how the ads were performing as well as ads that were underperforming. When we requested specific things there was never an issue such as adding in screenshots of the ad sets to each weekly report. Their analytics and reports were always easy to read and to understand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For an overseas company where the staff is in different countries with sometimes 12 hour time difference there was never an issue meeti g on our time. Also everyones English level was native level so there were never any issues regarding communication, written or verbal. Their professionalism was very high during meetings although our office was quite hectic with meetings and chatter there was never an issue.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Adfix could have done differently?

I think it would be great if they expanded their services to SMS and Email marketing.
