Addict2web started with a discovery phase where they really took the time to understand my business. We had a few video calls where I explained how we sell on Amazon, eBay, and wholesale. They asked smart questions that showed they understood the challenges of multi-channel selling.

They then designed and developed a custom eCommerce store using WooCommerce, tailored to our exact needs. Some of the key features they delivered included:

Our wholesale clients have commented on how much easier it is to place large orders. One of our long-time wholesale buyers even told me, “This is the smoothest experience I’ve had with you guys so far.” That meant a lot to me.

Website traffic also started converting better. Customers spent more time on the site and were adding more items to their carts. The bounce rate dropped too, which shows people liked what they saw.

They delivered the project on time. There were no surprises or delays, and if anything needed more time, they explained why and kept me in the loop.

What impressed me the most was how much they cared about my business — not just the website. They didn't treat me like “just another client.” They actually took the time to learn about how I sell, what my pain points were, and then gave solutions that made sense for my type of business.

I also liked that they didn’t use too much technical talk. I’m not a developer, but they made everything easy to understand, with examples and even screen shares when needed.

Another unique thing — they suggested things I didn’t even think of, like adding product bundles or an FAQ section to reduce customer support messages. These little things made a big difference.

Honestly, there’s not much to complain about. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that sometimes their written responses in emails were a bit short — not rude, just very straight to the point. I would have appreciated a bit more detail or follow-up in those replies.

But overall, that’s minor compared to how well everything else went.

Rohan, the lead, was incredibly accessible and responsive whenever I messaged, which is impressive given our time diference (13 hours). He was always accurate in estimating when projects would be completed and always kept the updates flowing.

I had one issue that arose during the website reformatting -- an errant message that was being delivered to renewing subscribers -- and Rohan + the team did a deep dive into our issues until they were resolved. There were many iterations of tests and adjustments, and a big sigh of relief when the team solved the problem, but I was very impressed by how dedicated they were to getting to the root of the issue.

I was pleased with the experience. I opted to pay by PayPal out of convenience but wish I had taken Rohan's suggestion for an alternate service that did not have such a large transaction fee. That, of course, was not Rohan's fault, but a decision I came to regret.

Addict2Web initially did a scope and testing of the exiting mobile application to fully understand it's functionality. They discovered several bugs and that the UI/ UX design was not user friendly. So, they help redesign the mobile app to better UI/ UX, fixed all the bugs, re-created a new and improved website to help launch the app on Google PlayStore.

The app UI/ UX was redesigned into fresher and more user friendly version, which received great feedback during the beta testing.The bugs were fixed, so the app was ready for launch.

We had weekly meetings initially to understand and scope the project before having fortnightly meetings whereby we had a progress review, agreed actions. These were carried out in a timely manner and throughout the project I was kept informed via email and WhatsApp messaging

Expand the number of web systems they use for development. My mobile app website was built on Netlify and deployed via Github. Unfortunately, at the time of development, they did not have web developer that was an expert on using Netlify.
