I’m the director of administration at New Vista Society, a non-profit organization. We provide care home, housing, and adult day care services, partnering with families and organizations to create a compassionate, evidence-based environment for residents and clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Adaptive?

We needed IT support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Adaptive manages staff inquiries and provides service desk system support. The team has also replaced our computer hardware and is in the process of replacing our WiFi access points.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Adaptive.

How did you come to work with Adaptive?

Adaptive was already working with New Vista when I started.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Adaptive has ensured a seamless transition from replacing the old computer hardware with new equipment, resulting in low downtime and faster computers. The team has also made our staff happy.

How did Adaptive perform from a project management standpoint?

Adaptive delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Adaptive’s quick response time, friendly service, and educated staff are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
