Another win came when our Poland finishing factory used the platform to flag a rare finishing issue on a batch of radiators. Instead of it turning into a long process, the information looped back to the design and production teams immediately, helping us avoid delays. Our entire AI system was upgraded and our web app was redesigned in the project.
Acquaint Softtech repackaged our detection model. They introduced an improved tagging system and sorted out thousands of pictures which we had collected. They also developed a training pipeline that is able to identify dents, odd lines on the chassis and light reflections revealing previous repairs.
An incident we can recall is when we had sent them car pictures at night of a weakly lit parking area. We considered that the model would not work. Instead, the team enhanced the preprocessing pipeline to the extent that the AI was also able to extract the shape of the car even in low-light scenarios. It was a great breakthrough to us.
At the web front they redefined the entire user experience. The novel platform will allow its users to take a picture on their phone and send it to the model and receive a fast list of the potential issues. They further put in place the other concepts we had not considered like a brief explanation of how sure the AI is, so users can understand why a particular component was flagged.
Key deliverables: - A new AI inspection model - New web frontend and new web backend. - A safe API connecting the AI engine to the web interface. - Admin controls in order to review flagged cases by our team. - A new user dashboard that is used to save previous inspections.

We did not follow specific figures on Clutch, but we noticed some definite improvements. Indicatively, those users who experimented with the system within the company started to have more confidence in it, particularly when it indicated minor flaws they had not noticed.
There were also instances when the AI did not comprehend strange car angles and this was something that would irritate us previously. The support team told us that users are no longer calling us complaining of ambiguous results. It is an indication that the platform is getting more stable and reliable.

First, they created the design and shared it with us. After we reviewed it and made a few changes, Acquaint Softtech Private Limited started the development process. After development, they worked on testing as well. We also did testing from our end and after the website went live.
We didn’t have detailed information about the technologies they used. The one technology we heard about during the development process was PHP. Additionally, Acquaint Softtech Private Limited helped us with SEO, including keyword research and optimization.
What was the team composition?
We started working with two teammates, but the team grew as the project moved forward. In the end, we worked with up to five team members, including two designers, two developers, and someone in charge of SEO. We also had a project manager assigned as our main point of contact.
