Acquaint Softtech conducted research during the first stage to understand how our customers were interacting with our online portal, as well as how our internal staff were using it. The company spent several weeks walking through real client journeys; starting at the point of a client receiving a notice in the mail and continuing through the client logging in to the online portal, through paying outstanding balances, uploading supporting documentation, etc. Additionally, Acquaint Softtech created a couple of those client journey's using "dummy" data in order to be able to experience some of the friction points within the portal firsthand.

After completing their research, Acquaint Softtech proposed developing a modernized web-based platform that would combine the current financial case dashboard with a streamlined and more efficient payment process. They redeveloped the dashboard page to create logical categories for our clients' information such as open cases, closed cases, payment reminders and communication threads.

The most significant deliverable from Acquaint Softtech related to the development of the new payment flow was designed to work like an e-commerce checkout process where users can:

Users were able to finish transactions more easily, and we had fewer cases of submissions that were incomplete or unclear.

 One small but meaningful sign was the number of clients who started using the communication section instead of emailing us directly.   It helped keep conversations centralized and easier for our staff to manage.

 In terms of staff augmentation, Acquaint Softtech assigned developers who collaborated closely with our Vienna team.  They attended our internal standups, went over backlog items with us, and even took part in a few workshops on regulatory interpretation to learn the rationale behind the design of some features.

 They started by updating our event-reporting logic.  We had to deal with a situation where secondary data points were occasionally missing from reports that were submitted from remote devices.  The Acquaint Softtech team assisted us in rewriting the data collection process to more intelligently validate input without interfering with the user experience.

Our entire AI system was upgraded and our web app was redesigned in the project.

Acquaint Softtech repackaged our detection model. They introduced an improved tagging system and sorted out thousands of pictures which we had collected. They also developed a training pipeline that is able to identify dents, odd lines on the chassis and light reflections revealing previous repairs.

An incident we can recall is when we had sent them car pictures at night of a weakly lit parking area. We considered that the model would not work. Instead, the team enhanced the preprocessing pipeline to the extent that the AI was also able to extract the shape of the car even in low-light scenarios. It was a great breakthrough to us.

At the web front they redefined the entire user experience. The novel platform will allow its users to take a picture on their phone and send it to the model and receive a fast list of the potential issues. They further put in place the other concepts we had not considered like a brief explanation of how sure the AI is, so users can understand why a particular component was flagged.

There were also instances when the AI did not comprehend strange car angles and this was something that would irritate us previously. The support team told us that users are no longer calling us complaining of ambiguous results. It is an indication that the platform is getting more stable and reliable.

Acquaint Softtech Private Limited provided custom development services. They did the online booking system, payment integration, review management system, and central reservation system. First, they created the design and shared it with us. After we reviewed it and made a few changes, Acquaint Softtech Private Limited started the development process. After development, they worked on testing as well. We also did testing from our end and after the website went live.

We didn’t have detailed information about the technologies they used. The one technology we heard about during the development process was PHP. Additionally, Acquaint Softtech Private Limited helped us with SEO, including keyword research and optimization.

As with every project of this kind, some issues came up. However, Acquaint Softtech Private Limited was willing to solve any setback. Overall, our experience with them was great, so we were pretty happy with their services.

The primary requirement was to develop an informative website for students to gain detailed information on the courses we have to offer. It was also to include a customized administrative section for the admin users to manage the website, students, and courses. The online education portal was also to have an appealing UI/UX interface. It was also to include the integration of several 3rd party modules like Zoom, Stripe, and Accredible. Administrators have the ability to approve teachers, teachers can initiate their online classes using Zoom and students have the option of browsing through the scores of courses, selecting one, and also choosing a subscription method they find appropriate.
