I’m the digital marketing head for Ozone, one of the biggest e-commerce retailers in Bulgaria. We predominantly sell entertainment products, such as books, toys, games, audio, and other electronics.

They were referred to us by previous colleagues. Several agencies didn’t provide us the attention we needed to succeed, but their team showed us that, so we decided to hire them.

We began our collaboration in the first quarter of 2017, and our engagement is still ongoing.

We’ve noticed an increase in our revenue by 300% due to their contributions to our campaign. We’ve also opted to increase our budget at a certain point, which has helped us improve our conversion and clickthrough rate and lower our CPA. Overall, all of the key metrics have been going in our favor.

They're really strict with meeting each deadline, so we’ve never had any delay-related complaints about them. They’re also always ready and available to lend a helping hand whenever an issue comes up — in fact, they respond to us within half an hour.

Accella Digital is managing our Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram marketing. They create and post the content after we approve it. We set the budget for each campaign, and Accella Digital deals with the actual settings. They create all the banners and other visuals involved in the marketing efforts. Our in-house team is responsible for replying to social media comments and tasks like that.

We’re working with the two owners of the company, a Google Ads manager, and a digital marketing manager responsible for social media content.

They were recommended to us by our website developers. Accella Digital had a solid background and had worked on big websites in the past.

We’re pleased with their services. We’ve just finished our yearly report with them — our site has doubled traffic over the last two years. The average session time in 2020 has increased by 30%, and the number of new users is also 30% higher than in 2019. Transactions are 43% higher, and transaction revenue is roughly 48% higher than in 2019.
How did Accella Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
We mainly communicate via email, and we have Skype and Zoom meetings at the beginning of each month to discuss budgets and plans for the next month. We’re mainly using Google Analytics to track Accella Digital’s performance, along with Facebook Business Manager.
They’re very good at what they do. We have one main point of contact, who acts as project manager. The rest of the team joins in for bigger discussions, too.

There’s always room for improvement. Accella Digital’s main goal in 2021 is to increase our brand awareness across all channels so most of our advertising budget is focused on this.

After the MP approval, they set up the campaign (usually on Google and LinkedIn) and do a regular follow-up on the key KPIs.
