After that, they post whatever we approve on Facebook and Instagram.

Our company has been growing, and 97th Floor is doing great at improving our CTRs on every ad.  

How did 97th Floor perform from a project management standpoint?

The team itself is also highly organized. 97th Floor is clear about what they’re going to do, and they always get our approval first before doing anything. We do a Zoom call every other week, and then they send us an email recapping everything with links to every slide presentation. If they use certain images or graphs, they’ll also send those to our inbox a couple of hours after the meeting. Overall, they’re great at sending everything ahead of time for us to see. As a result, we get nice and organized emails with all of our action items. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re truly thorough with what they’re doing. They take us to their screen to show us what they’re seeing on their end, so they do it with every company we have from the waffle company to the chicken store.

The ads they come up with are also cute. They have a talented team coming up with ads that I wouldn’t mind seeing as a customer. On the backend of things, they’re highly thorough in showing us how we’re improving and how many people click on our ads.

No, there aren’t any.

Go for it, and give them a try. They have a responsive team with each member focusing on different aspects of the project. You’ll be in good hands once you get to know the 97th Floor team. The team is friendly, and you can always have a nice face-to-face conversation with them. You’ll feel that they’re on your side, which is nice.

We have been able to rise up in a lot of key word phrases but the main key words we were after, we have yet to rise up to the number one spot.

They are very timely and complete everything by the time they say they will do it. We have a short meeting once every two weeks. It seems to be sufficient for what we are doing.

They showed professionalism and knowledge. They had an excellent way of helping me understand them better.

It was a little jarring to switch teams. It would have been nice to keep the same team throughout the project. Not to say I do not like the current team I am with.

I have worked in the advertising industry for over 5 years. In that time, I've used 6-7 different digital agencies because I've never really quite been satisfied with the level of customer service I felt was promised to be before signing.

It is common for a lot of salespeople to over-promise and underdeliver with digital advertising services. Even if they get off to a great start, after a few months, things taper off and you're left with things sort of on auto-pilot and no updates, or optimization are made moving forward.

We increased our organic traffic to our site 160% in just 5 months through SEO work, and that has in turn increased our overall conversions quite a lot. Earlier this summer, we signed an additional contract for them to take over our digital marketing.

I felt I could trust their team to provide similar results for our Google Ads, and social media advertising accounts. Our results with previous companies had been, disappointing to say the least given our high ad spend.
