My company is a woman's functional health brand, focused on cannabinoids and mushrooms, paired with a 1-on-1 education service. Our mission is to be the modern support system for women, and we've served hundreds of thousands to date. I am the co-founder and chief product+tech officer.

Andrew of 84EM has worked on my company with me for over 3 years. He has always been our backend star. His goal was to always move our tech forward for the business given we've grown so quickly - partially thanks to him!

He was referred by a trusted colleague, and he had passion for our mission. I chose to work with him because he was clearly brilliant.

Our stack is very custom - WP + Woocommerce and tons of API work, used as a webapp engine of sorts. Andrew has been key to the build out of what we have today, accommodating so many business needs that nobody really thought could be possible on our stack. Our investors are always impressed.

Andrew as a senior software engineer/backend lead.

Andrew is fast to communicate, can multi-task, and always adds to a conversation. Rarely has he ever missed a deadline; I can't even think of 1 time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The brilliance. Even the other day, Andrew figured out how to take my desired "from A to B" and do it in a way that was faster, cleaner, simpler than what any of the rest of us had brainstormed. He is such an awesome problem solver.

I am usually very direct with feedback yet I don't really have anything to put here!
