We were looking to outsource our communications, and public relations work.

Our goals were to increase professional reputational awareness, earned media, build relations with reporters, and spokesperson responsibilities.

They are able to pivot and respond quickly, able to distill strategy/approach, and tell a cohesive story in a fast-moving and evolving company.

Market level awareness of our brand and to help our position as a leader in the breastfeeding, pumping space.

They help us secure media placements in leading publications within our industry. They help us track our placements. They help write press releases and monitor coverage. They help us with celeb endorsement/relationships and any 3rd part partnership relationships and managing them.

3-5 members working on our brand. Yes we've worked with them for a few years and they have added one or two people to the team.

We've been able to get into some top tier placements for our industry.

The team has monitoring tools to help keep us informed and the collaboration is excellent between us. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help us.

Their ability to quickly react to our timelines. They are super agile and willing to get right to work.
