Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The CTO told us his team could handle content writing, but ultimately they needed us to provide all the details. We found this transfer of responsibility rushed. They also did not complete all of the pages because they had already exceeded the allocated budget, even after we had increased the budget. The final product had bugs and the loading time was over 9 seconds. I brought in another vendor to improve the loading time.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
I had decided to terminate the partnership early because progress was below our initial expectations. However, they were unwilling to return the deposit we had made, so we continued the partnership. We also found their leadership unfriendly to customers.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I can’t think of anything.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They should consider internal adjustments in order to improve their quality, and they should set more attainable expectations. Customer relations could also use improvement.

We had a series of discovery meetings in which they asked questions about the business and what I was envisioning for the app. They came back with mockups for review, and I made some minor revisions. We then signed off on the final design and I couldn't be happier. The app is still currently in development.

Initially we worked with our project manager, Awzar, who then introduced us to our designer, Oksana. She took our vision and created something wonderful.
