Its a great experience to be introduced to the person who will be guiding us along the way instead of being passed through several people at different steps in the beginning.

12 AM Agency has been prompt in their responses to us and find solutions for our proposed changes. Any questions we have are addressed quickly and with complete professionalism. I trust that we are making the right decision with any campaign management changes with them in charge.

I have been working with 12AM in some capacity for many many years.  Our first company was using other agency and we switched from their services to 12AM sometime around 2019 when we were not satisfied with their SEO support.  
12AM was hired to build the site, optimize content, and "level the playing field" online.  We were a speciality dental practice and we wanted to created a feeling to the site that conveyed that we were different.  

In 2023, I again hired 12AM to building a web presence for our second office.  This was a very different dental office as had specific needs.  It was a start up and had no web presence at all.  12AM built us a site and got us up and running. This was a smaller office and the focus would be more organic search results as opposed to the wider reach of the other office.
I believe the success of this website was driven by Blog entries and pages that addressed potential patient's financial concerns.

One of the best things about working with 12AM is the sense of urgency with which changes, updates, and corrections are addressed.  Large changes are scheduled, however, when I found spelling errors or format errors, they were fix with a phone call.

They helped us do an overhaul of our site to make sure all of our onsite optimizations are, well..optimized.  Additionally they have provided ongoing SEO efforts that have helped us increase our rankings and organic traffic consistently year-over-year.

We do a weekly call with their team to make sure we are seeing progress, and that we are aligned on what projects we are prioritizing and we can make those decisions together.

They aren't focused on short term "quick fixes", but rather sustaintable SEO which has been refreshing.  A lot of other companies I have worked with in the past have promised things that just aren't realistic, like ranking after a specified period of time for very specific keywords.

12AM takes a long-term approach and builds SEO strategies in a sustainable way. I don't know this for sure, but I'm guessing that part of the reason that we haven't seen large swings when Google makes changes, is because we are doing things the "right" way, as opposed to taking shortcuts to short term ranking gains and traffic gains.

After that 12 AM Agency helps with research on the company website and its digital footprint and which keywords to target. They then delivered the agreed upon links every month with a report summarizing the link and its DA score.

Depending on the keyword and page, we increased our ranking on SERP from either 1 or at least to the first page.
