We got the website completely redone and updated with photos of our work. They got us listed on Google Business. Got us the #1 rank when searching for engraving. Got us setup and running with all the social media accounts.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We moved up in the rankings on google business. We get the online form filled out that is on the new website. We get customers telling us, I searched engraving and you were the first one.

Walter (Owner) was very easy to reach and kept me informed of the progress. Gave me his cellphone and could call or text and get an imediate response. We made steady progress over the course of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I googled marketing and the first one to come up did not answer or return my call. I called the top 10 and only two called me back. The other comapny I talked to was very rude and short with me. Right out the gate was already saying it was x amount of dollars per month and would take a year at least. When I talked to 11 marketing he was honest and told me it would only need about 4-6 months and I would be good to go. He is very straight forward.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 11 Marketing + Design could have done differently?

Honestly I don't think so. They were with me from the start and helped with any questions I had. He gave me a timeline of how it would work and it pretty much went as he said it would. I could call or text anytime and he would reply promptly. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them!
