I am the marketing manager for a company that offers everyday solutions for your vehicular needs.

For what projects/services did your company hire 10Clouds, and what were your goals?
We wanted to change some features on our app and on our website. We wanted 3D characters to help explain the account creation process so we could create a simple and visual how-to guide.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We use a company that had hired 10Clouds for their branding and fell in love with their work.
Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.
To start off, they had us fill out a questionnaire to better understand the company, what we do and what we wanted to accomplish together. Once that was completed, we were given a choice of 3 different styles of design for our characters. We gave the reasoning behind what we liked and didnt like for each option which gave the designers an clearer idea of what we were looking for. Once we settled on a design type, we were given sketches of the characters.
After the sketches we were given T-models. Feedback was asked for, given and acknowledged every step of the way. Once we received the final characters, we had a last round of edits then the visuals were handed over to us.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked directly with the project manager and the senior designer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are still currently in the process of rebranding and redesigning our website so we can't speak to that just yet.

We had numerous meetings with the projet manager and the senior designer for progress updates and next steps. We used Slack to keep in touch easily for any questions or updates.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was impressed by how invested the 10Clouds team was in making sure that we were happy with every detail of the characters. The reasoning behind the design was well explained and the team was accomodating to our changes. They take great pride in the work that they do.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think it could be beneficial to have an update throughout the project on the amount of hours that have been consumed/that are remaining so that if necessary we can adjust and plan for a change in budget.
