The scope covered a mix of local SEO, content development, and technical work. They started with a deep dive into our site structure, property listings were buried under too many layers, and they reorganised things to make it easier for search engines to crawl individual listings and neighborhood pages. From there, they bulit out neighborhood specific content, optimzing existing pages and creating new guides for areas we wanted to target.

Organic sessions to our listing pages saw a significant increase, and we started consistently ranking in the top three for several of our target neighborhood keywords. Lead volume from organic search mainly grew steadily enough that we were able to scale back our paid ad budget while still keeping a solid pipeline coming in.

They kept things simple and consistent. Communication was mostly through a shared Slack channel and a weely check in call, never felt like we had to chase them down for updates. What I appreciated most was how proactive they were; they flagged potential issues before we even noticed them and came up with solutions, not just problems.

If I had to point to something, it would be the initial keyword research phase they came back with a solid list, but a few of the terms leaned a bit broad for our specific market. We had to go back and refine toward more hyper local, neigborhod focused keywords that actually matched how buyers search in our area.Once we aligned on that, everything clicked, but tightened that up earlier would have saved a little back and forth.
