BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Head of Marketing and Sales at Acámica, a tech academy with an innovative learning experience that successfully empowers people and companies to thrive in tech roles in the most demanding industries.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Zenda?

We were looking to work with an ad agency, on an going project, running Facebook and AdWords campaigns in the region.

What were your goals for this project?

The main objective with this project was to increase sales while optimizing acquisition costos across the region.

SOLUTION

How did you select Zenda?

I had already worked with Zenda in previous jobs and projects and the experience has always been positive, so there really wasn't much room for an alternative :)

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Considering we were already running campaigns with another agency when we hired Zenda, the first month their objective was to fully understand the campaign structures that were already running, focus on quick fixes based on the objectives we were after.

The next step was to build new campaign structures in both platforms and eventually start replacing existing ones with the optimized new ones. Every month Zenda designs a media plan based on our company objectives and monthly budget, and there are weekly calls where we discuss results, identify optimizations and adjustments that should be made.

What was the team composition?

I work very closely with the team and communicate on a daily basis. On their side there are 3 team members involved in this project: an account lead, account manager and an account strategist.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we began working with Zenda, over a year ago, we've managed to grow in sales on a quarterly basis.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We've managed to build an extremely effective workflow between the two teams, with weekly meetings where we analyse performance as well as an excellent dynamic with the creative team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The digital knowledge they have is by far the most impressive characteristic about Zenda, and it gives them a clear advantage over any other agency.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not for now :)

I am a marketing analyst at a digital credit card company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Zenda?

Especially during the pandemic, we had to stop our in-person sales and find new clients via digital channels.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We collaborate with Zenda on branding, digital marketing, and performance campaigns for all of our products. 

They’ve used Google, Facebook and Instagram Ads.

What is the team composition?

We work with three people.

How did you come to work with  Zenda?

We have a purchasing department in the company that manages all new contracts with service providers. They have an evaluation system that they use to rate and contact different companies and they were the ones in charge of the process of hiring Zenda. 

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent about 15,000,000 Argentine pesos (approximately $188,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We have been working with them for two years.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Zenda’s work has been flawless; we’ve had great results. They really helped us to achieve our goals and were able to increase our digital leads. They are always working on optimizing campaigns and bringing new suggestions, and their ideas are always very effective.

How did Zenda perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication has been great. As for project management tools, I’m not sure what they use, but they send us periodical reports that allow us to see the metrics of our different campaigns in real-time. The communication is always fluid, and we have never had any issues with deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It is very pleasant to work with them. They always have a good attitude and open communication, plus their work is flawless. I have worked with many different companies in the field and honestly, Zenda is the best.
