For what projects/services did your company hire ZAYCEV.studio?

We need to create our corporate website and revamp the whole UI/UX for our web application as our developer is not good in UI/UX. We also did corporate identity rebranding to suits our company image

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create an identity for our partners to know more about us. As for our web application, the main purpose is to ensure our partners across Southeast Asia have a pleasant user experience in using our web application platform.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We searched for branding agencies on Behance and talk to a few companies. We choose Zaycev studio because we like their previous work, especially on fintech, gaming related websites. Their case studies were professional and creative. Zaycev studio are very efficient in understanding our needs even though our project brief is very simple.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The process began with a series of conference calls to understand our needs, they reach out to our partners, team members to learn more about our company and needs. After those conference calls, they created the brand package for us including logo, messaging materials. They also created a new website for us that displays our brand new corporate image. Zaycev Studio are very efficient and they are able to visualize our details and place themselves on our shoes to get the best effect

What was the team composition?

We worked with Vadim, Mila, Yulia, Olya and the rest of their teams to get things done. The team are great as they are able to execute our projects despite all our communications are through conference calls

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Zaycev Studio, we feel that our new corporate branding is more attractive and it gives more confidence to our business partners. We will be getting the end products by End of November and I am sure it will be able to increase our partners' user experience in our web application.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We would do conference call on a weekly basis to understand our business standpoint and the core team members will be there to understand our needs. Whenever we require an amendment, Zaycev studio will be able to help and respond immediately. We are able to use telegram to communicate the rest of the message as there's time zone difference between our side and Zaycev Studio

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are impressed with the team in providing us with very fast and accurate design that suits us. Another impressive point is that they will try to collect feedback from our related parties in order to make sure they can achieve the full potential of the branding and Ui / UX

Are there any areas for improvement?

We believe there's always room for improvement, however, currently we are happy with the work from Zaycev studio.

ZAYCEV.studio guided the entire process, from the ideation phase to building the mockups and wireframes to writing the HTML code. We worked on the color scheme together and we had two rounds of feedback, so they were able to incorporate any changes that we had. ZAYCEV.studio worked alongside our front- and backend development teams that implemented their designs. After they complete the design for one product, we have another product that we need to build, so we continue to work with them.

We mostly work with Vadim (Founder, ZAYCEV.studio), and there are 5–6 designers assigned to our project.

We were referred to them by another company we had worked with.

They do high-quality work and have quick turnaround times. Also, their rates are very affordable.

They're reliable and transparent. Their owner is very involved in the process and always takes my phone calls. We had some very tight deadlines and they were able to meet them.

They go above and beyond to make sure they meet their client's needs. They even hire English teachers to teach their employees how to communicate in English.

When we start a new web or mobile project, we will propose mockups and designs to our clients before development, in order to discuss them and save time. We usually involve ZAYCEV.studio for this kind of work.

We’ve worked together on many projects. Usually, we will ask them for estimates for the mockups, depending on our own client’s requirements. They’ll often participate in clarifying requirements with our client. If the estimates are acceptable for our client, they’ll work on the actual design. They provide all design materials, including mockups, UI kits, and actual design files like images and icons.
