Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everyone who has seen the new designs has said they are an improvement. We will be working on implementing the designs soon to get feedback from users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was smooth - we could get on a call anytime it was needed. We could email and Slack too. So they were very flexible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their initial hard work to provide such value before even working with us stood out. The team obviously have a passion and pride in their work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything has gone well so far and I plan on working with them more.

We need to create our corporate website and revamp the whole UI/UX for our web application as our developer is not good in UI/UX. We also did corporate identity rebranding to suits our company image

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create an identity for our partners to know more about us. As for our web application, the main purpose is to ensure our partners across Southeast Asia have a pleasant user experience in using our web application platform.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched for branding agencies on Behance and talk to a few companies. We choose Zaycev studio because we like their previous work, especially on fintech, gaming related websites. Their case studies were professional and creative. Zaycev studio are very efficient in understanding our needs even though our project brief is very simple.

The process began with a series of conference calls to understand our needs, they reach out to our partners, team members to learn more about our company and needs. After those conference calls, they created the brand package for us including logo, messaging materials. They also created a new website for us that displays our brand new corporate image. Zaycev Studio are very efficient and they are able to visualize our details and place themselves on our shoes to get the best effect

We worked with Vadim, Mila, Yulia, Olya and the rest of their teams to get things done. The team are great as they are able to execute our projects despite all our communications are through conference calls

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Zaycev Studio, we feel that our new corporate branding is more attractive and it gives more confidence to our business partners. We will be getting the end products by End of November and I am sure it will be able to increase our partners' user experience in our web application.

We would do conference call on a weekly basis to understand our business standpoint and the core team members will be there to understand our needs. Whenever we require an amendment, Zaycev studio will be able to help and respond immediately. We are able to use telegram to communicate the rest of the message as there's time zone difference between our side and Zaycev Studio

We are impressed with the team in providing us with very fast and accurate design that suits us. Another impressive point is that they will try to collect feedback from our related parties in order to make sure they can achieve the full potential of the branding and Ui / UX

We were looking for a company to create a new design and a new framework for a web application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZAYCEV.studio guided the entire process, from the ideation phase to building the mockups and wireframes to writing the HTML code. We worked on the color scheme together and we had two rounds of feedback, so they were able to incorporate any changes that we had. ZAYCEV.studio worked alongside our front- and backend development teams that implemented their designs. After they complete the design for one product, we have another product that we need to build, so we continue to work with them.

I’m the CTO and a co-founder of a development agency. We specialize in different kinds of software, mostly web-based projects, and mobile apps.

What challenge were you trying to address with ZAYCEV.studio?

We had an internal designer previously, but we found that there was no sense in maintaining a full-time employee. Web design work is volatile, sometimes requiring the implementation of a lot of wireframes in a short period of time, and there’s no work at all at other times. Keeping a full-time designer wasn’t working for us, so we started collaborating with ZAYCEV.studio.

When we start a new web or mobile project, we will propose mockups and designs to our clients before development, in order to discuss them and save time. We usually involve ZAYCEV.studio for this kind of work.

We’ve worked together on many projects. Usually, we will ask them for estimates for the mockups, depending on our own client’s requirements. They’ll often participate in clarifying requirements with our client. If the estimates are acceptable for our client, they’ll work on the actual design. They provide all design materials, including mockups, UI kits, and actual design files like images and icons.
