Utilizing an agile approach, we dove headfirst into researching the problem Sympliant solves by interviewing actual users. User research included on-site lab interviews and simulations and secondary research.
The results of these findings worked their way into the formulation of the brand identity, messaging, and the UX and UI for the platform. An agile production process including rapid prototyping, user testing, user feedback and interactions helped streamline time and cost.
With the platform development well-underway, our team paralleled processes to complete the Sympliant brand identity, marketing website, presentation deck, swag and more.
The Sympliant brand and platform has been launched and is on track to complete beta testing and feedback in Q2 2019 and Q3 2019.
