BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of an outsourced accounting company. We provide backend support for CPAs, accountants, and bookkeepers in the US and other countries.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebNX?

We hired them to design our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WebNX designed our logo and website. For the logo, we requested a design that would stand out, and they created the concept. The team submitted a logo sample for approval; they finished the design within four iterations. They later added the symbols for different currencies to the logo, representing that we work in different parts of the world. 

The WebNX team developed our WordPress website from scratch, and they’re providing one year of site maintenance. Currently, they’re doing SEO and SMO campaigns for us. In terms of SEO, they handle changes to the website, backlinking, and sometimes manage our blog, though that project is paused for now. As for SMO, they create posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Additionally, WebNX is working on two other projects for me, including a content-heavy website with another logo and another project that includes web hosting.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with three people from WebNX, including the manager.

How did you come to work with WebNX?

I’ve been working with a WebNX teammate for the last seven years, and he’s designed quite a few websites for me. I know that if I go to him, he’ll get the job done on time, which is why I hired WebNX.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $500 on the website plus $100 on the logo. For our upcoming projects, we’ll pay $1,000 for the content-heavy site and logo and $550 for the project that includes hosting. In terms of SEO, we spend $150 per month with WebNX.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

WebNX excels at turning a website project into a reality. We’re so proud of the work they’ve done for us that we’ve already recommended them to many of our partners. The team is already working on four other projects for our clients. Additionally, we have two new clients thanks to WebNX’s SEO work.

How did WebNX perform from a project management standpoint?

We meet in person weekly to review the projects. They delivered the website before the deadline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

WebNX is always there to support our needs; we don’t have to wait because they address things right then and there. Moreover, if I ask for something, they understand my requirement and deliver it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there isn’t anything they need to improve; they’re doing everything perfectly.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be specific in your requirements so that WebNX understands them. Also, make sure they deliver them on time. Even though they’re very timely, you should keep on top of the project. The WebNX team are great people to work with.
