Our company sells and rents video game software and associated merchandise.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Webmyne Systems Pvt Ltd?

We hired them to build our entre backend management system and frontend website. We also engaged them to manage our online presence and social media marketing.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a system that could manage all of our stock. The site had to look professional, with an e-commerce payment gateway and custom coding for other integrations.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I chose them from among four companies. Their price was good, but the deciding factor was the demo they provided. It showed all the basic functionalities we required, and it was fully customizable.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

I designed an initial brief, then we worked together via Skype to change small details and test the platform. They were very responsive and quick to resolve issues in the testing phase.

What was the team composition?

I had main point of contact who coordinated with the other people working on the project. They were very thorough and quick to act on our instructions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project has yet to go live, but the beta group was impressed by the appearance of the site. There were no issues with any backend functionalities, and Webmyne was open to the beta group's suggestions.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had no language issues. They were happy to work from description briefs, screenshots, and other documents over Skype. They deferred to my depth of knowledge and understood the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were impressive from the start, and the finished product was customized to our specifications. They were always clear and acted quickly on my directives.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't have any suggestions for improvements. We had to work around the time difference, but it wasn't a massive issue.
