We worked with Webiots on the development of a fully custom website using wordpress.

I selected Webiots based on excellent communication, availability, understanding of project needs and most importantly the ability to make 1 to 1 pixel perfect design.

We had a kick-off meeting to review and discuss all the design needs. After the design hand-off, Webiots sent me question on some details. Few days later, I received constant updates on the process. At the end of each milestone, we met via zoom, to review the work. Edits were given and quickly resolved. Thee final delivery was a perfect working Wordpress site.

The project manager worked with a handful of front-end and back-end developers maybe a total of 4 people

The development of the site was world class. Responsive on all screens and platforms.

We used messaging board on upward to communicate, and wee had meeting as items came up.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have given us great attention and are highly interested in the success of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The main area fro improvement is in the timing of the project. I think a stricter schedule can be achieved.

I have hired Webiots technologies for the End to end development for the mobile app. Goal was to launch the Social media based app on the playstore & App store.

I have selected vendor with reference of one my friend. Deciding factor was their communication skills, Technical skills in the React Native, Requirement analysis and QA Strategy.

Scope of the work was to have the features such as User can post the photo / Video to the app. Friends of the user can like, comment and share the post. Also have done the chat integration. Technologies used were React Native, Laravel & MySQL as a Database.

There was 5 resource included in the team. 1 Mobile app Developer, 1 web app developer, 1 QA, 1 project management and 1 Team leader.

Within given timeline as per the commitment the app was launched on the store. Also there was great after support after launch.

Their quick understanding, communication skills, and transparency make them unique.

Webiots had clarity regarding our project, how it will flow and all.

We met several times, discussed all the things, and decided to implement all things in a phased manner. Our main target was that students shall be able to read and give exams online and get certificates immediately.

Apart from the main owner, our communication point was the project manager, web developer, app developer, and their other staff.

On launch, many people admired the project. As such there was no systematic moral education course available with this technology and presentation, hence we got a good response from the general public.

The project manager used to update us frequently regarding work done. Everything was informed us and approved by us. Well-coordinated efforts.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were professional and very suited to the Indian style of working. So they can meet the requirements of pure professionalism and humanity at the same time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We wanted that everything shall be done by them, e.g. server, payment to third parties. However, they asked us to do the same.

First I have found them on the google and then had done personal meeting at their office. Communication and their understanding for the technologies was the key factor to decide them for the project.

Scope of the work included development of the website & app from the scratch. So first we discussed the scope of the project then they prepared milestone planning for the execution. Key Deliverables were Websites & Mobile app on app / Play store. Technologies used For web development : Laravel, MySQL For Mobile App Development : React Native

2 Web Developers, 1 mobile app developers, 1 QA and 1 Project manager and 1 team leader were involved in the project and worked on our project.

Our Sells and all marketing campaign run well. Our all user find the pp user - friendly.

After the team is assigned, Project manager has divided the milestone in to the task and they have followed agile methodology to execute the project. Trello was used for the project management and all the code were well - maintained using GIThHub.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was always there to take immediate action if any issue arose while running a marketing campaign.

I can’t think of anything.

We hired Webiots to build a website that would be responsive with priority towards customer experience. The website had mostly static elements and few places where we required some integrations. However the main goal was to execute the website as quickly as possible without compromising on quality

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

1. Looked into ratings of vendors on different sources on webs.
2. Looked into reviews and how closely had they worked with REACT(the software in which we wanted the code to be written).
3. Finally I had interview rounds set up with the shortlisted folks and Webiots emerged to be the one who was selected.

The team initially got together to review the scope of work through the wire frame model we provided. They then planned a timeline and costing for the same. They had to code in React and delivered the job perfectly on time. Also, post the first cut of the website sent by them, there were some major changes done in the design by us however the Webiots team was more than happy to take in the changes and get back quickly with the updated website. We also then later decided to integrate WordPress which was not in the scope of work, but the team had an expert on that too and was able to deliver the work

I worked with around 4 people from the vendor team. 3 developers and one project manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The two outcomes we had were Speed - They delivered all the projects bang on time and sometimes even before Quality - All the projects were always tested for responsiveness even after making minor changes to ensure a seamless experience

Their project management style is really professional - they take requirements over mail or get on a call to better understand the project and then get back with details.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site that was easy to update. Also since none of us worked in WordPress, they took time out to teach us how to update the content on WordPress We also had a lot of changes in the designs time and again, and the team responded quickly to get these changes incorporated. This was the thing most appreciated

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only improvement I see is that while dealing with clients there would be changes, and they dealt with them very gracefully - however I believe they can do better than that too, especially if the client is ready to monetarily compensate for the inconvenience. This would ensure an all round complete experience for the client.

The second thing would be on small things like spell checks. While content is something that has to be provided by the client, it would be really awesome to have the dev team also run basic hygiene checks of spellings, etc before deploying the code

I would say a daily thread of work done should be done via similar platform.
