• We hired Webbers UX because we needed help increasing our online visibility and strengthening our digital presence. As a real estate company managing complex residential development and urban renewal projects, we wanted to ensure that our website had a lot of content but was not ranking well, and we were not receiving many leads through organic channels. We also wanted assistance in aligning our digital strategy with the high standards that our company is known for in the offline world. Therefore, we hired Webbers UX.

To assist us in improving in a number of areas, the Webbers UX team took on a variety of tasks. They started by conducting a thorough assessment of our website and digital platforms, which allowed us to see exactly what was and wasn't functioning. After that, they started with on-page optimization, which included rewriting page titles and descriptions to be more concise and keyword-focused, arranging header tags, and adding fresh, quality content to outdated sites that better represented the types of projects we provide. Additionally, they improved the site's structure to make it simpler for search engines and users to explore. 

They also took care of technical SEO.  This involved repairing broken links, optimizing our sitemap, and ensuring that everything loaded rapidly and was mobile-friendly.  Before they pointed them out to us, we had no idea how many problems were beneath the surface.

They concentrated on developing backlinks in an organic and considerate manner on the off-page side.  They helped us create blog content that could be shared on social media and picked up by online real estate forums, and they even got us featured in a few prestigious newspapers.

The total overhaul of our digital strategy, which helped us identify the type of traffic we desired and how to obtain it, was one important product that truly stood out.  Attracting the correct kind of audience, such as those seeking upscale real estate or those engaged in urban development, was more important than simply ranking highly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Following our collaboration with Webbers UX, we observed substantial improvements in the way people found and engaged with our brand online, including an increase in contact requests coming directly from our website, particularly for early-stage projects, increased visibility for our complex urban projects, which are typically more difficult to explain online, a steady improvement in our Google rankings for key keywords, and an invitation to participate in some industry roundtables as a result of people finding us more frequently through search.

They have excellent project management skills.  They adhered to the precise deadlines we set for each work.  We received weekly reports and held a longer strategy session once a month to review what was working and what needed improvement.  They were very approachable and consistently gave us the impression that our queries were important, even if we asked the same ones twice.  Additionally, they were excellent at responding to criticism and changing tactics when necessary without making things more difficult.

The way Webbers UX collaborated with us as a true partner was what most struck us.  They didn't simply handle us like any other customer.  They spent time learning about the Israeli market's difficulties as well as the real estate sector.  They never gave us recommendations based solely on SEO trends; instead, they always understood our business objectives.

• For the purpose to increase our online visibility, we hired Webbers UX. Our primary objective was to increase the number of users who came to our website when looking for sustainability and health-related research services. Additionally, we required assistance in running advertisements that would attract the appropriate audience—individuals and groups interested in using research to influence behavior. Since our research lab lacked marketing expertise, we required a staff that could help us with both SEO and PPC and clearly explain everything to us.

We collaborated with Webbers UX on both paid search and SEO.  They conducted thorough website audits for SEO, resolved numerous hidden problems, and assisted us in rewriting our pages with improved structure and keywords.  Additionally, they produced content that was easy for a general audience to read and trust while also matching the type of scientific work we perform.  They created Google Ads campaigns for sponsored advertisements that were extremely targeted at the appropriate audience and keywords.  They intelligently managed the money, tested various ad formats, and provided us with monthly data that were easy to understand.  They even helped us enhance our landing pages so that visitors who clicked the ads stayed longer and took action.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We noticed an increase in site traffic after collaborating with Webbers UX—not just random visitors, but those who genuinely cared about our work.  We saw an increase in email signups and an increase in the number of organizations contacting us about cooperation.  It was significant to us that our advertisements began generating the appropriate leads without wasting money.

Their project management was excellent.  They consistently provided updates and provided clear instructions on how to proceed.  They answered our queries and made minor adjustments promptly.  We never experienced neglect.  They constantly made sure we were aware of what was going on and what was going to happen next.  Everything was completed on schedule, and occasionally ahead of schedule.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Webbers UX® could have done differently?

There’s honestly nothing major we’d alter.  They immediately responded to any input we had and made the necessary adjustments.  They made it apparent that their top goal was for us to succeed.  We intend to continue working with them and are incredibly appreciative of the job they have done.
