Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
We are satisfied with their project management approach. They responded to our needs in a shorter timeframe while maintaining their professional stance based on experience. They were not just order-takers; instead, they engaged in discussions, challenged ideas when necessary, and fought for what they believed was the right approach—all while considering our needs. That’s exactly what we value: a collaborative team that brings expertise to the table rather than simply executing requests without thought.
Some short delays occurred, but they were always communicated in a timely manner and effectively resolved, ensuring that the overall project flow remained smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What impressed us most about this company is their proactive approach. They don’t just execute tasks—they research, raise important topics, and analyze the competition to ensure the work is not only visually appealing but also highly functional. Their commitment goes beyond the initial scope; they remain available when needed and are always willing to take on a bit more work, even if it wasn’t originally planned within the deliveries. Most importantly, they operate as true partners rather than just a third-party provider, making collaboration both strategic and seamless.
Are there any areas for improvement or something The Wall. | Webflow Certified Partner could have done differently?
Nothing much to improve. There were some small details along the way, but we discussed them, and they were quickly put into practice. The main area for refinement was tracking project progress in a more structured, written form. While we already had a system in place, we’ve now improved it together, making collaboration even smoother.
