I am the manager of a tourist farm and restaurant, which focuses on local cuisine and tourisem in the area.
For what projects/services did your company hire The Wall Design, and what were your goals?
We created our website 7 years ago, but with our development created 2 additional websites. Our goals were unifying the three websites and developing our brand.

We got into contact through a mutual aquaintance.

The work included developing three different parts of our website and conecting them into one whole.

Two people, the owner/web developer and his secretary/asistent/marketing

Over the period of one year there was a avarage increase of users by 20% compared to a year before. The project was well managed and they kept their work with in the selected time period .

We had our first meeting in person. We were in contact through email weekly and used google meetings. And again in person at the end of the project. They were always open and direct about their work and what our goals were, and the development towards those goals.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They had a very personal element of communicating with us and working towards meeting our needs.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
When the site was launched and through the use of it, there were some bugs and imperfections, but when we voiced them to the vendor they fixed them quickly within a week.
