They focused on building a sleek, responsive UI/UX, backend integration with our existing eCommerce infrastructure, and high-end performance optimization. Security, design quality, and compliance were all prioritized throughout development

The app quickly gained traction, achieving a high rating on the App Store and now contributes over 40% of our total mobile revenue. Customers frequently comment on the smooth experience and modern features. The AR preview and Apple Pay integration, in particular, helped improve conversion rates on mobile.

• Provide figma designs of the updated UI of each screen in our 3 apps and design new navigation and workflows.
• Develop the apps on React native based on the new designs, navigation and functionality.
• VT Digital were engaged to complete the front design and development and work closely with our backend team to ensure all functionality was working as expected.
• All 3 apps were required to be developed, tested and deployed to a UAT environment where we conducted final testing.

These are the key measureables:

• Project completion was within budget and timeframes. Although there were some extensions throughout the project this was due to dependancies on our backend team and some changes throughout the development cycle.
• The final product aligned with the approved UI designs and new functionality and features setout in the original requirements.

The project manager communicated any updates in a timely manner and we were always informed of the project status.  He arranged standups when required to keep the project moving and they were always transparent about any issues or challenges they were facing.
