We wanted to develop our first website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ViteConsulting has helped us design and develop our website from scratch; they’ve guided us throughout the whole process. Initially, we provided them with the information that we wanted to include, and they were in charge of organizing it and laying it out on the site.

Our website’s technology stack includes HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Currently, we’re in talks about increasing their scope to SEO, but we haven’t signed an agreement yet.

We’ve worked directly with one person from ViteConsulting.

How did you come to work with ViteConsulting?

We had worked together in a previous company, so I reached out to them again to create my new website. Our original contact happened over LinkedIn.

We’ve spent around $2,500 CAD (approximately $2,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

I first met ViteConsulting in 2016, and our relationship continues.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Although we don’t have any hard metrics, I can say that ViteConsulting’s work has been very good, and our engagement has been very easy.

How did ViteConsulting perform from a project management standpoint?

ViteConsulting has addressed every issue on time, and they’re very clear regarding requirements. We usually communicate via email, Google Meet, and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When working with ViteConsulting, it is great to deal with them because they’re a small organization. Having a single point of contact was very important and helpful for us. Additionally, they know our industry very well, and they know what they’re doing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Give them a try and see if they’re the right fit for you. If they’re not the right fit, they’re willing to help you find the right one.

I’m the owner of a boutique accounting company that provides accounting and finance services.

What challenge were you trying to address with ViteConsulting?

We hired them to create our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ViteConsulting designed and developed our website. First, we discussed the body of the site and the services we wanted to showcase. Then, the team created the first prototype; I reviewed it, gave feedback, and requested changes. We had another round of review and feedback and then moved into the final stage and tested the finished website. 

The site’s purpose is to list our services and allow customers to reach out to us via email or phone, so ViteConsulting has set up the appropriate pages. Currently, they do maintenance on the website. The team will also do part of our social media marketing (SMM), and we’ll be posting articles on our site linked to their work.

What is the team composition?

I work with the founder of the company, who’s also a developer.

How did you come to work with ViteConsulting?

I lived in the same area as the founder 5–6 years ago, and we got to know each other. Later on, I got a text from him saying that he’d started ViteConsulting. At that time, I needed a website, so I reconnected with the founder, and he gave me an idea of the process and what the site could look like.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent $3,000 CAD (approximately $2,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The website functions as intended. Additionally, the site has great presentation quality and response speed. We haven’t started our social media marketing to promote the website yet, so we don’t have any significant metrics.

How did ViteConsulting perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re pretty timely and flexible, adjusting to my timeline. When I’ve had to delay meetings or reviews, the team has been okay with that. Their response time is very quick; I get what I ask for within 48 hours. We use phone calls to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by ViteConsulting’s flexibility, which I appreciate because I’m busy handling many aspects of my business. Their response time and speed are also very impressive. Additionally, when I ask a question, they readily provide extra information that gives me insight into how something may impact my website.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing they need to change comes to mind at this point.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend ViteConsulting for web development; they’re talented, bring new ideas to the table, and have a business mindset. My advice is to use project management tools to track the project’s progress.

I’m the founder of CosyMozy; we're a clothing brand focused on newborns.

What challenge were you trying to address with ViteConsulting?

I needed a website to take my brand online.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ViteConsulting developed an e-commerce site on Shopify from scratch; they guided me through the process from start to finish and handled all development. To start the project, they provided three design templates and built the site from the template I chose, which had a minimalistic style and natural colors. Per my request, they also implemented a gift card option for customers in varying amounts.

In addition to that, they currently provide SEO services; we discussed my products, fabrics used, strategy, brand philosophy, keywords, etc. Their team also does maintenance and support as needed, and we're planning marketing strategies and PPC to begin soon.

I work directly with Rashad (Director).

How did you come to work with ViteConsulting?

I found them through social media. I decided to work with them because of their professionalism; I was impressed with Rashad's research before our initial meeting and the valid recommendations and solutions he had prepared.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in January 2021, and it is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did a great job selecting the best options to match my requests throughout the process. Rashad was quite helpful and always answered questions or concerns on time. In addition to that, the website layout is amazing and extremely digestible — customers have called it stylish and user-friendly, and when my mentor saw it, he was also impressed. We analyze the data biweekly, and it’s apparent that this approach is working because we've seen positive changes.

Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with the entire process and the results so far.

How did ViteConsulting perform from a project management perspective?

They provided us with a plan, including deadlines, and the project finished ahead of schedule. Also, Rashad is always reachable and responds quickly to our emails and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They use an extremely professional approach. Rashad also made a small competitive analysis, which he presented at our first meeting, along with good suggestions. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — everything has been excellent.

It's important to know exactly what you want and provide as much information as possible. Also, be open to their advice.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I was the business owner. My company deals with hand craftsmanship of traditional edged weapons of Azerbaijan. Engraving, silversmithing and niello works.

For what projects/services did your company hire ViteConsulting, and what were your goals?

I hired Vite Consulting to develop my website. Project was to establish online presence to promote my family's 460 years of craftsmanship of traditional edged weapons of Azerbaijan.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I carried out preliminary research among 12 other competitors and took into account professionalism, experience, attention to detail, customer service and financial aspect. The other factor that also played role was multilingual approach from the ViteConsulting. This was not offered by other agencies.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Scope of work: design, develop and upload/deploy website online using pictorial, narrative as well as video content carefully selected by the developer. Technologies used: HTML, CSS, Javascript.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had a pleasure to work with one assigned person from this company, who carefully led me through all the challenges of this project from start all the way to the completion. His role was a project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website, we observed significant increase of attention from the general public, as well as attraction from the ministry of culture. It also brought several clients from major museum of Latin America and Central Asia. it also simplified the means of communication and improved the professional look of our business.

Communication was very professional. It was well timely managed and organized. They personally led every step of the job to meet and exceed my expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Knowledge of the subject, multilingual skills of the project manager, ability to understand the need and expectations, excellent time management skills and additional "meat" for time to fix any potential deviations from original discussions if there was any.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I know ViteConsulting currently works over the plan to start several Latin (Spanish lingvo) projects to establish their presence in this web design market in South America and Mexico regions. We wish them success in their future endeavors.

I saw the work that the ViteConsulting had done before and I realized that this is what I was looking for.

The work was not easy. We had to choose a suitable design for my company's website, as well as the text and description of each picture that was placed on the site. We had discussions almost every day and I think everything turned out at the highest level.

I had discussions with only one employee, since he was the designer of my site. And he is also a project manager.

I can say that you can entrust the creation of your website to this person.

The main tool was our communication and discussion of all the details. The project was completed on time.

Their diligence was key for great final results.

I think the changes will be in time and the accumulation of our work on the site.
