Visionify connected our CCTV feeds from two major warehouse hubs into their AI safety platform. Key deliverables included: Real-time alerts for PPE non-compliance, forklift-pedestrian proximity, and near-miss detection Safety analytics dashboard for supervisors Automated daily/weekly safety / compliance reporting Staff training for both warehouse teams and dispatch supervisors Deployment spanned about three months, with minimal disruption to operations. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Approximately within 2 months:

• Forklift-pedestrian near-miss incidents dropped by around 35% in our busiest hubs
• PPE compliance across roles held steady above 95%
• Safety-report preparation time dropped from ~90 minutes to ~15 minutes
• Staff and supervisors reported feeling more confident and proactive rather than reactive

They met all major milestones on schedule, held weekly check-ins, and were quick to accommodate requested changes. Communication via Microsoft Teams for day-to-day, and via email for formal status reports was effective.

Their ability to implement powerful AI safety tools without making things complicated was impressive—our existing CCTV, staff routines, and workflows didn’t need major changes, but safety performance noticeably improved.

Nothing major. A more advanced self-service analytics view would be a great addition in the future.
