Virayo ran a combined SEO and AEO program for Syncro to grow our visibility in both organic search and LLMs across MSP, RMM, and PSA topics. A lot of the work ran through their Virayo AI platform, which both teams could access directly in Claude via their MCP. That gave us weekly AEO and technical SEO audits, traffic analysis, and reporting, and it kept turning up quick wins and clear next steps to improve how often LLMs cited us. From there they built out our keyword and content strategy, mapping gaps to the right product, comparison, use-case, and JTBD pages. They found the sources LLMs lean on most and gave us an outreach list to earn mentions there. They also crawled the site to clean up and consolidate existing content, wrote mid and bottom-funnel drafts built to rank and get cited, and handled internal linking. Weekly technical audits covered site speed, schema, indexation, and accessibility. They also helped us navigate a full redesign and domain migration.

As more companies lean on AI tools to scale and speed up, Virayo will have to do the same internally and for each of its clients. It's a huge challenge that they're already tackling through proprietary tooling and other means, but continued diligence in this area is needed be a key differentiator.

Historically, we've struggled to develop backlinks because of a lack of resources. Through working with Virayo, we were able to establish 16 quality backlinks that we otherwise would not have had. This enabled us to push some key product pages up the SERPs to take top 3 spots. Additionally, their collaboration with us on On-Page SEO and Content Strategy further helped us refine our website and content to gain more SEO wins.

Virayo was very timely with deliverables. We met weekly and they always came prepared with an agenda of action items. If something was behind on timing, they were very transparent about it, and ensured that the delay would be minor. They were always responsive to our needs and strategic direction, but would also be our true partner, providing full recommendation and implementation on deliverables, and not just being a "yes man" type of vendor.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure success by comparing monthly organic views on our website and the total number of ranking keywords. From an organic traffic standpoint, we saw roughly a 150% increase in organic website traffic within the first year. Also, we’ve seen tremendous growth in the number of keywords ranking. Before, we only had 30 keywords, and now we’re well over 100 keywords within the top 10. We attribute that to Virayo’s team.

How did Virayo Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great. We have bi-monthly meetings with them, and they work well on the project deliverables. Virayo’s team is very professional; we’ve never had any issues with deadlines or anything along those lines. They’re excellent in their project management.

We use Microsoft Teams and emails to communicate. I believe they use project management tools on their side, but we’ve used Google Docs and Sheets to work between us and stay up to date on our metrics.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always willing to jump in. We’ve had a lot of changes within our organization, and any time we’ve needed help, they’ve been willing to take a turn to create a new strategy. Overall, they’re very helpful and inviting to look at new things — they’ve never given any pushback.

Also, their expertise is impressive. We lean on them for recommendations and content for our website and blog. Virayo has become our resource within the last year and a half because they help us ensure we’re making the right decisions.
