The Xavier's Connect is an app endorsed by the Federation of Jesuit Alumni Associations of India for one of the largest and most extensive alumni community not less than 38 university colleges, 5 Institutes of Business Administration and 155 high schools. 

The app offers the option to reach out collectively or to individual alumni of multiple institutes through a highly structured approach. Other features are options of

creating an individual identity as well as team interface, one-on-one as well as group messaging, search options to find and connect with fellow alumni, news and updates regarding institutes, event creation and management, community engagement options to create posts, quizzes, polls, quotes, etc.

We selected a few companies online. And after talking to them we had the best feeling with ViitorCloud. We eventually traveled to India to see the offices and meet the people

We are probably not the easiest company to work for. We created a lot of documentation for the project and were adamant in how the functionalities should work. Vittorcloud did a great job in implementing everything as we described it.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a small and changing team depending on the skill set needed for the tasks ahead. The core team existed out of project manager and 2 dedicated software engeniers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project has just ended and we are testing it at this point. No role out has been done yet to paying customers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Our company is based in Belgium, so there was a time difference of about 3,5 hours, but that did not work in our disadvantage. All the core people at Viitorcloud spoke English, so apart from some getting used to accents, there was not issue there.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

When first arriving at the offices in India, we were immediately impressed by the professional setup. And after a closer look, not in the least, by the different teams as well as the varied and exciting projects they were working on.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are always areas for improvement, especially when working with 2 companies that far apart in distance, culture, … But that is why we ordered our next project at Vittorcloud. We are convinced they are the right choice for us

Viitor Cloud's team provided us a detailed proposal for all the services in a professional manner. Once the quote was approved by us. Viitor Clould's team started to work on the project right away
