Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope of work was working with our vision and design goals and also emphasis on search engine visibility and user retention on website. In addition, our goal was to have an easy to manage website to manage real estate projects in the back end with multiple search options. The delivery was very quick and the open communication we constantly had with Uteek development team made very smooth. The website was built in WordPress with multiple plugins and custom theme.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After launching our website, our search traffic increased dramatically by 500% within 8 months and the ability to manage the real estate projects in backend has it made very easy for our team to manage it. The delivery was quick and every attention to detail was considered.

We had regular weekly meetings regarding the website and multiple conference calls with entire development team to discuss the project and make sure all questions are answered and any potential areas for improvements are also brought up.

The most impressive features was the ability to handle this complex project in a timely manner and also having open communications to make the website perform even better, there were many adjustments along the way that were recommended and Uteek executed it very efficiently.

Everything was fantastic from my end. The post launch support was also provided to make sure there were no issues.

I’m the founder and owner of a communication agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with UTEEK?

We wanted a nice website to bring in some clients and showcase a good image of our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, UTEEK designed the logo. They made the proposal, and we had 1–2 rounds of iteration. Once we agreed on the logo, UTEEK proposed the website structure. I had something in mind, so I sent them two websites as a source of inspiration.

Afterward, they provided the design of the homepage and other website pages. We provided the content, and UTEEK developed the first version of the website. Once we validated it, they deployed the site on our server.

They used WordPress for development. The design used a lot of animations, but the site didn’t have many developed features. We requested a contact form, but the site wasn’t very technical.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a project manager and met their main designer, another designer, and someone on their technical team.

How did you come to work with UTEEK?

Someone who had already worked with UTEEK recommended them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent €3,000–€4,000 (approximately $3,200–4,200 USD) between the logo and website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from January–February 2020; the project took them 30–40 days.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Several people told us that the logo was nice. After the new website was launched, we made a campaign, and the website was really helpful because we had a significant loss in revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic. Before the campaign, we weren’t bringing in clients. Within the first days, we got our current biggest client through a campaign, and the site helped us maintain certain revenue and increase our conversion rate.

How did UTEEK perform from a project management standpoint?

The project wasn’t long; UTEEK met deadlines. We had an interlocutor; he was really efficient.

In general, we were happy with their project management. We mainly communicated through emails and calls when there was a situation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The design was perfect. They understood exactly what we wanted and were innovative and creative. UTEEK was also great from a technical perspective; it was a clean development without bugs. Overall, UTEEK translated our idea into the logo and website design, suiting our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, it was a shortened, clean experience. I don’t have anything in mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Answer them quickly. We focused on the project and didn’t take too long to answer them or give them feedback. Being invested in the project was what made it successful.

We hired them for digital marketing services and to build our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

UTEEK Digital built our company website from scratch and helped us develop a digital strategy. For the web development, they followed the guidelines to make a CPA website, including client confidentiality and protecting tax information. The team also wrote some content, such as articles, for the site. 

For the strategy, we built a game plan together to identify customers looking for a CPA in the Paris area. Our strategy included special offers for clients like doctors and engineers. We chose potential customers, and they helped us signal our special digital offer for them. UTEEK Digital handled our Google Ads account and did online advertising. They also helped us with social media marketing (SMM) on LinkedIn and, initially, Facebook. After trying Facebook for a time, they focused solely on LinkedIn. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with 4–5 people throughout the engagement, including a project manager, a content writer, and two engineers, one for the website and one for the digital strategy.

How did you come to work with UTEEK Digital?

We chose them due to their good pricing and willingness to negotiate their success fees for digital marketing. That was very important for us because we wanted to build a win-win arrangement.

We spent around €20,000 (approximately $20,000 USD).

We worked together from July 2017–March 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

UTEEK Digital's work was very good, and the project was a success. Our conversion rate and sales increased — we closed more contracts thanks to their work. We were able to leverage their expertise in websites and digital strategy and ours in accounting to collaborate on our strategy. 

How did UTEEK Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They kept me updated throughout the phases of the project. We communicated via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

UTEEK Digital kept me engaged during the development process and made me feel like a member of their team. They took ownership of the project as if it was theirs. I'd also highlight the team's innovation and creativity!

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing negative to say about them.

My advice is to give UTEEK Digital guidance; they consider it a very important aspect of what they do and deliver.
