- Complete overhaul of product listing and detail pages: Redesigned and redeveloped the product listing and detail pages to improve usability, enhance performance, and align with modern UX standards, ensuring an intuitive and engaging shopping experience for users.
- Brand-new checkout flow implementation: Engineered a new checkout process from scratch, optimizing the workflow to minimize friction, reduce cart abandonment rates, and ensure a smooth transaction experience for customers.
- Homepage implementation and optimization: Implemented & optimized a brand-new homepage, prioritizing faster loading times to provide a seamless user experience.
