After the interview we decided to give Unikorns a chance. They convinced us with their professional attitude.

A project manager was our main point of contact. Besides him, there were around 10 people involved in the project from Unikorns company.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Designs are fresh and modern. Quality of the design files is very good. Development is done the way that every developer will not be afraid to continue the project after handover.

Unikorns preferred waterfall approach for our project with fixed price (price ranges in fact). All communication was done via email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This was a really heavy project considering the scope and the deadline. Their willingness to help us in critical moments was the most impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were confident in what they do, resulting in great results. Sometimes, however, we would have appreciated listening to the client and his preferences.

I am the Marketing Project Manager for URUS, a global holding company within Agriculture.

The URUS.org website was created on a very short timeline 3 years ago. With some changes to our company, we were required to develop a new, modern website the portrayed our forward advancing company. We also had a very short 4-week timeline that we needed to accomplish this in.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

WordPress has been our go-to web build for all of our companies' sites. After some security issues with WP, we wanted to investigate a JAMstack build for this project. We searched online for a company to fill this need and found Unikorns. We chose Unikorns based on our initial meeting with them as well as project portfolio and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. Project manager walked us through the process of building a JAMstack site and provided us with recommendations on CMS to use, as we were new to this. From this meeting we were introduced to the developer that would build the site from our designs.

The project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process as well as a stack developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Unikorns delivered the site on a very short deadline on the date we requested. The deadline was part of a large company announcement. We saw a 50% increase in traffic on the days following the announcement. Senior Leaders loved the updated design and a clear portrayal of our company and services.

We had daily communication from the team, with excellent attention to detail. All timelines were met, this exceeded our expectations!

The Unikorns gave us an amazing site in a technology we had never used. From start to finish they were available to answer any questions we had and help us with anything we needed. The technologies they guided us to choose have been easy to use and reliable. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome of this project with the Unikorns team!

None at all!

The level of engagement our internal employees in the creative process was too high. However, we expected greater autonomy on the part of the designers and a better understanding of our industry's nuances. They do a good, very good job but not brilliant which is why the ratings are not 5. Ways of improvement where send directly to the Customer Success on Unikorns side.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
You must be very well prepared to strong communication and cooperation between the teams in order to achieve fully what you expect.

I worked with Dima (Developer), Vlad (Co-founder & Project Manager) and Roman (New Business Manager)

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I really like the end result. They kept their promises and kept me (very) up to date. The website is fast and the communication has been great. I will definitely work with them again.

Mail only. We had a few meetings through Google Meet.

The speed that they work with is excellent. Also the communication was very good.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish they had thought a bit more with me, and not just focus on creating the design itself (which was their assignment). Some things turned out to be not the way I wanted them (but where in the original design). Next time, I will be more thorough, because you can't blame anyone for sticking to the assignment.

Other than that, I really enjoyed working with them and I look forward to coming projects.
