Umbel carried out a comprehensive rebranding process for Kafitt, consolidating a solid brand identity aligned with its global vision. Through the development of the Brand Manual, the fundamental pillars that guide Kafitt's personality, communication, and visual expression were established.

The project included redefining the concept of competition, highlighting the connection between sport and personal growth. The brand's values ​​were strengthened, emphasizing heritage, passion, empowerment, and movement as central axes.

In terms of verbal expression, an energetic, conversational, and engaging brand voice was defined, with clear communication geared toward the sports community. Guidelines were established to maintain an authentic, direct, and motivating tone, adapted to different interaction contexts.

I’m the owner & CEO of NOMO Group Inc., an industrial equipment supplier for industrial welding assurance quality processing.

We needed someone to develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Umbel Partners developed our website from scratch. Also, they worked on our email campaigns and SEO and helped us change the whole image of the company. We initially shared our ideas, and they did it all, including the creative assets.

We were in contact with three people from the team.

Another colleague referred them. He used to work for another company and knew that Umbel Partners developed nice work.

We started working together from January 2019–January 2020.

They did enormous work on our website, and it has been very successful. Moreover, our vendors have given excellent feedback. We’ve received congratulations from them because they really love how their products are displayed on the site. It includes multiple-choice selections to refine the customers’ search and see the variety of the products. Overall, Umbel Partners delivered good work.

How did Umbel Partners perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very professional. We liked how they worked — they responded quickly and were always willing and available to add whatever requirement we sent them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They responded quickly to our requests. They may have taken a little longer depending on the complexity of our requirements, but the overall engagement was remarkable. The team went the extra mile to help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we were 100% satisfied with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with them. They were very responsible and honest. Also, the team was transparent with the transactions, invoices, and payments.
