Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Tiribe47 has been helping us throughout 2022 with ecommerce and digital marketing goals. Main goals were:

a) get to revenue goals in one of our stores - main one, german store (for germany and austria)

b) get to the profitability goals - as above

c) get to the level of profitability

d) increase brand awareness of the company in the DACH region in online channels (instagram, facebook, pinterest)

e) create positive brand image by increasing quality of the content we distribute across platforms

f) help with the promotional activities - setting goals, choosing platforms, briefing partners, executing the tasks, monitoring and optimizing campaigns, reporting

g) increase consistency of published content across online channels - digital marketing strategy, content planning, briefing production agency, choosing content for post production, optimizing content

Those above and our cooperation can be splitted between 3:

a) economical goals (revenue, profitability, level of profitability)

b) branding goals (content, consistency, strategy)

c) cooperation overall (communication between us, flow on the project)

Unfortunately 2/3 economical goals were not met, due to a lot of factors, internally and externally. We did not manage, with the help of Tribe47 get to our revenue goals and profitability goals. However level of profitability increased (due to lower ad spend to revenue ratio).

All branding goals were met, our brand is more consistent and we increased positive brand image in our online channels. Third goal was also met as we found the cooperation working almost flawlessly, communication was on a very high level of they way we worked on the project.

In most cases tribe47 delivered on the time. There were just couple of occasions when they were late 1-2 days, but always communicated that. They almost fulfilled all given tasks, communication was top-notch, they are easy to work with.

They have high standards for the way they work; this includes project management, communication, level of delivered work, how they deliver the work. High standards - that's it.

There is always something to be improved, but I believe they know what they are doing.
