The scope for this project involved completely revamping our pole fitness app to improve how users interact with it and ensure it better supports their goals. We needed a company that could take a user centered approach to make the app more intuitive and engaging. 
The overhaul involved:

Redesign of Onboarding Flow: Simplified and streamlined the onboarding process to make it easier for new users to get started and feel comfortable using the app right away.

Improved Navigation: Reworked the app’s navigation to ensure users could quickly find what they need, from tutorials to progress tracking and community features.

Wireframes and Prototypes: Delivered detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to show how the new design would function and flow, helping us visualize the changes before moving into development.

UI/UX Design: Crafted clean, user-friendly design elements that fit with our brand and enhanced the app’s overall look and feel, making the experience both functional and enjoyable.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the launch of the new app, our Daily Active Users (DAU) have improved by 63%, leading to higher retention rates and increased profits. This clear growth demonstrates the success of the UX improvements in engaging and retaining users more effectively. We are all very pleased with the outome thus far

I'm the owner of an online platform that streamlines the buying and selling of healthcare practices, connecting industry professionals for faster, clearer, and more efficient process.

We needed help redesigning our app and website and developing new features.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TheFinch Design created a design system and redesigned the work of a previous designer, including the search experience, listing page, and emails that go out for every action. The team also created new features for the platform, including dashboards with new listings, build your team, checklists, and article sections. The team also created pages for industry professionals to list and market their services, registration workflows, landing pages for ads, new marketing pages for our site, email series for users, and an entire new workflow for users to evaluate their practices.

Ideated and created designs for multiple web apps, which included over 100 pages in aggregate.  Incorporated our brand image and colors very well.  Generated desktop and mobile views that both look amazing.  Generated UX flows that incorporated complex functions in an intuitive manner. Completed all work on time.

How fast they were able to grasp our complex product and be able to identify workflow challengess and make significant changes in consolidating 9 pages into 5 while at the same time making those pages cleaner.

There were some gaps between sprints because of the designer having a child, but to be expected and what a blessing!
