Custom built Wordpress company website exceeded project expectations and the Tectex team helped add value and structural organization to our sales flow and customer management.

The completion of the Wordpress site with working plugins and web hooks we requested. Closed marketing deals and learned knowledge on sales flows and administrative organization.

Yes. Fahad with Tectix was available everyday for support and questions. He understood the projects and helped move them forward through team and customer communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That they are genuinely good humans. It's so hard to find people who have your best interest and are willing to listen and provide support without "gatekeeping". I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and ability to  help out when I had questions. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tecticx could have done differently?

Not for this project. Tecticx exceeded all expectations.

I’m a partner and owner of CuzHub. We’re a technology-based app company that is looking to connect people with trucks to people with trucks, to deliver household goods and items. We also want the app to serve people who need an extra hand so instead of asking a friend, people can hire someone to help out.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tecticx?

There was another company that left us high and dry, and didn’t complete their tasks in developing our app. We hired Tecticx to develop our app for us after the previous company couldn’t.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re completing the app the previous company didn’t finish. They’ve been studying the existing product, reviewing it, and finding any flaws to resolve. 

What is the team composition?

They’ve assigned a lead project manager who has their own team of around 5–7 people.

How did you come to work with Tecticx?

We found them through the grapevine and through a friend. We told them about the previous company we worked with who we wasted money on, and they recommended we use Tecticx.

We considered others aside from them, but we could tell they’d be straightforward, good people to work with. Not only did they know what they were talking about, they clearly had passion for the work. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent in the range of $10,000–$15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2019 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re still getting to launch, but they’ve gone back into the existing product and found 36 action items our previous provider failed to give us. They have been working to solve and deliver on those items and are making the app even better.

They have overwhelming great communication skills. They are very goal-oriented; they have a list of actions to do and everything is spelled out clearly with times associated with it.

I’m extremely happy with their service. Overall, they’re great people to work with.

No, I’m happy.

Be able to get information back to them in a timely manner.
