Currently our software is used by 25+ various D2C companies to track their campaigns, KPI, monthly reports, etc.. Since its an SaaS software so we needed the instant support and the team supported us with bug fixing and regular updates.

If I had to nitpick, I would say the initial documentation for the API was a little dense. We had to schedule an extra 90-minute call to fully onboard our internal IT team. A slightly more streamlined, beginner-friendly initial setup guide would've made the handover even smoother.
