Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Completion of this project has allowed ServiceProg to fill a need in the field service industry that is not currently available anywhere else with the same features. The app is now on Google Play as well as The App Store and is doing great.
The app is just now breaking even and paying for its own advertising with Google Ads and Apple. In using this software, it has paid for itself in just accounts receivable recovery, not counting the hours saved on duplicate data entry, billing, scheduling, and more.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management was overseen by one person who helped coordinate communications, which worked really well. They delivered at a price that I, as a sole proprietor, I could afford.
The back and forth was excellent. There were some bumps where I did not get my ideas across due to the unusual nature of the app.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was impressed with their values, honesty, communication, clarity, and willingness to change components when I was on the wrong track. Most impressive was the responsiveness of the contact person.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The only roadblock I ran into was my own ability to communicate what I wanted to the managing director. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. It was way higher than my expectations.
Although the product is not yet in commercial use, initial estimates indicate that it will decrease labor costs by a significant amount. The team from Technostacks Infotech Pvt Ltd responded quickly to inquiries, met deadlines, and handled issues in a transparent manner.
