Web and app development from scratch, the wireframing was entirely done by TechGropse. We contributed in terms of the user flow and business aspect only. The app is based on both iOS and Android platform. They are also helping us in digital marketing.

We are at MVP stage where we have gathered positive reviews from our close circle of friends/family members

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Proper project management charter was followed. Milestones were clearly defined at the beginning of the project itself. Weekly/daily calls were scheduled to mitigate any risk of delay. Trello was used to assist with the project management. The team was very receptive both of our ideas and the feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

A very young and energetic team. This was IMO the biggest differentiation. The team comes up with new ideas, innovative solutions and exhibits great energy all the time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Way to go. Probably can use more only communication channel due to work from home. But that's a miniscule problem which I am sure they will sort out in a very short time.

Aman Mishra was the person with whom I first talked and he is an amazing person. They understood my idea and came up with a blueprint that was in my head.

The project was to develop an e-commerce website for our business. So after contacting TechGropse, they understood mour requirement and right from programming, testing, designing, to SEO, and security issues, image resizing to effects, they did a fairly good job.

I have received my website recently only, and still there is time that we can gauze the impact of the website for us business.

I was given a dedicated PM for handling the project. Since the beginning, he kept me in loop and discussed everything before going for it, which again was very satisfactory for me. And if everything is on the same page, I believe there is nothing left.

To me, TechGropse is a company that has a healthy work culture. These guys go by the work ethics and only promise the things they can actually do, which is quite impressive for me.

I am not sure about it at the moment because the work they did for me was almost flawless.

Due to the company’s introduction to the market still being in its early stages, we are still collecting and measuring the impact of our engagement with TechGropse. However, initial feedback has been positive about the app functionalities.

Most of our communication went through project manager, their designers and developers would also be directly involved in discussions. In order to coordinate with our internal systems and generate data necessary for the development, they established a hefty infrastructure and middleware team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

TechGropse have dedicated team of developers who completed our work within timeline. They’re very trustworthy and dependable, and the team is always ready to start working. I am happy with their performance. Their Latest Tools, Techniques, Methodologies and Strategies to Deliver Bug Free Mobile Application and Agile Approach impressed me most.

Some of their cost estimates is overly conservative. However, this did not pose any serious issues for this project or affect the quality of their work.
