The measurable outcomes included a successful app launch on both iOS and Android platforms, improved internal workflow efficiency, and positive feedback from our research staff. Additionally, the app met all our functional requirements and was delivered on time, reflecting Techgropse’s commitment to quality and timelines. 

Since launching the app developed by Techgropse, we observed a noticeable reduction in manual data entry tasks and a significant improvement in internal communication response times. Team members also experienced much faster access to research data and documents, which greatly enhanced our day-to-day operational efficiency. We tracked that manual data entry tasks were reduced by over one-third, and internal communication response times improved by nearly half. This led to team members accessing research data and documents in roughly half the time compared to before the app was implemented.

The project led to a significant boost in appointment bookings, a noticeable decrease in administrative tasks, and higher client satisfaction thanks to the efficient management system developed by Techgropse. While exact numbers vary month to month, we observed a consistent and meaningful rise in appointment bookings and a clear reduction in time spent on administrative tasks since implementing the new system. We tracked appointment bookings through our scheduling software reports, comparing data from before and after the system launch. For administrative tasks, we monitored the time staff spent on manual processes, which noticeably decreased after automating key workflows with Techgropse’s solution.
